I dont think the club is in the right state either, but they did post about Kobe on Facebook.
It’s getting ridiculous

Let’s slag the club off for everything in the world ....even when there’s evidence to the contrary

Ever since november 16 differentiating between satire and reality has become rather complex. This is just another example.

They have. They also were and should be under no obligation to do so.
It's not about obligation. It's about being smart. Whether you care about the commercial or football side of things good marketing and pr is important. No reaction would be a complete fail

Backlash because a club from another country didn't post a meaningless tweet about a death of an athlete from a different sport that had no connections to said club would be the dumbest backlash ever.

But they did post their condolences, presumably because they want to avoid any kind of backlash, even as remarkably dumb as this one, so this is all immaterial anyway.

Its not about backlash. It's about branding and positioning. They posted the condolences good for them. I still think it was a missed opportunity cynical as that may sound.

A missed opportunity for what? You want the club to expand their brand via the death of Kobe? What are they supposed to do?

I reckon the loan was basically putting him on the shop window.

There was still a chance of him having a great season in Serie A with Inter and attracting potential buyers. The only possible way we could be rid of him.
In that case, we're really a stupid club

a- Conte is a firm believer of the 3-5-2 system which means that Sanchez wouldn't have played as a winger
b- He's obsessed with workrate and high fitness levels. On that regard he puts the likes of Sir Alex, Ole and Mou to shame. Sanchez is anything but hardworking these days which means that Conte would rarely use him
c- Inter are well stocked upfront. They bought Lukaku for ridiculous money, they have Lautaro whose amazing, they have Esposito whose extremely promising They actually want to get rid of forwards themselves. Icardi is at PSG, Politano will be sold to make way to Eriksen and Pinamonti is at Genoa

Inter wanted bodies and we provided them with one while footing most of his salary bills. Now we'll get Sanchez back, a year older and with further confirmation that he's finished.

I never wanted to believe the 'Glazer puppet' line of thinking in regards to Ole but his press conferences during this window have all but confirmed that unfortunately

The Alexis comments are sack worthy to me  :houllier:

That Alexis comment surely has to be a joke. I mean for fecks sake.
I've been half expecting this: I asked recently whey we were still paying his wages. I'm not sure it's a totally bad idea; you don't become a shite player overnight and I always suspected something else was going on and maybe whatever it was has now "gone away". If we get the guy who played for Arsenal it will be a huge boost

Said it before and I'll say it again, don't care how pissed off people get. The fans who go to games cheering him and chanting his name have helped make this happen. Fine, shout Woodward is shit and needs to leave, but don't then under the same breathe say Ole is great. It makes him think he is doing a good job when he just flat out isn't despite what is going on above him.

He is being validated by fans at matches who are either blindly faithful and/or using him as a dig to Woodward. Either way, stop chanting his name.

Different approach in the transfer market?
We’ve got players here that we’re working hard to get back as well and if there is something out there then the club is pursuing that and it’s difficult.
I can’t remember how many good ones we’ve brought in and good deals in January.
Henrik was good, Nemanja and Patrice, I’m talking about it’s hard, very hard, the clubs don’t wanna lose their best players. Alexis will come back in the summer and will prove us all wrong.
Keep defending the board and its strategy, Ole. Everyone now know you are a yes man for them.

Can’t believe Solskjær said that about Sanchez. If we want to sell him then we really need Solskjær to talk shit about him, speculate that he’s finished as a player and even question whether his injury is actually healed or whether it’s likely to cause lots of issues in the future.

There's about zero chance we won't be trying to get rid of Sanchez over the summer.

Even if that is the reason. It's simply not an appropriate time for Ole to come out with that. He wasnt asked a direct question about Sanchez. There are 3 days of the transfer window left to go. Everyone knows that Utd are desperate for a midfielder and an attacker. Not the right time for Ole to come out with that

If we do not sign anyone and there are no major changes in the club's structure by the end of the season, it is likely we are sold come summer.
Who to? The Saudis have turned their attention to Newcastle and there aren't many buyers who could afford what the Glazers will ask.

Actually sounds like something Woodward has spoon-fed Ole.

"If they ask about the transfer window, say that it's hard to get good deals in January and include Sanchez to prove a point. Then tell them he'll prove them all wrong so we can get a buyer!"

I am sure that Mata will be delighted with these comments.

Christ, what an idiot.

He won't be going anywhere. Who is going to pay him what we do? Inter don't seem keen to pay him half with us contributing the other for now and they have signed about 20 players recently.

I wouldn't even be shocked if they terminate the loan deal and send him back to us.

That’s what I call a creative approach. Alexis failed because he came in a winter transfer window and those never work. Send him on a loan so that he comes back as a summer signing and he’ll torpedo us to the title.

The quote is pure man management. We know that Inter won't make the deal permanent and that we are unlikely to find a buyer. So now with have two options, we ostracize and pay him for nothing until 2022 or we try to at least rebuild his moral and make some use of the player he has become.

In other words, we are stuck with him.

calm your tits. Go look at our players instagram and the clubs. It shows a disconnect that everybody knows exists.
I’m not the one posting without evidence.

So if anyone needs to calm their ‘tits’ it’s certainly not me.

What your making a link to is nothing to do with your original bullshit about Kobe. You’re a disgrace
