Leeds will almost certainly go up this year. They are best team in the division by some distance.

Hope to see both Leeds and WBA back in the top flight next season. They are big traditional clubs and deserve their spots.

3rd time in a few weeks that I'm seeing Charlie Austin score a winner after coming on as a sub (assuming WBA win this match)

So he scored twice to clinch a 3-2 win and that makes it 6 goals in the last 5 for Austin, all as subs. 3 games the winners, 1 the goal for the draw.

Leeds were 3-0 up at home against Cardiff after an hour, Cardiff came back to 3-3 while scoring the last goal after having a player sent off. West Brom take back the top spot by a two-point a difference.

I hope Preston can keep up their form. I'd love to see Pearson and Harrop in the premiership.

The attendance at Sheffield Wednesday-Bristol City is piss poor. The stand behind one goal is completely empty and I can hear everything being said on the pitch.

That's the away end. Lower tier is rarely used after what happened all those years ago.

Looks bad for Dack...

Shame as he's a good player. The main reason I'm watching tonight.

How did Jamal Lowe look? Reading the match report it seems he missed a good chance at the death but how was his general play? Saw a bit of him at Pompey and thought he'd do really well in the championship but seems to have struggled in a poor Wigan team so far.

To be honest, I didn't catch the full game and the parts I did catch I was only half watching whilst browsing the web, so I couldn't give you a good summary!

He did catch my eye during the 2nd half with a decent attempt on goal from just outside the box, and he seemingly caused quite a bit of panic to Blackburn's defence the few times I saw him with the ball, but that's all I can say. Sorry if you were hoping for some detail

WBA with the lead in third minute against Leeds, those are top two teams in the league, probably both will get an automatic promotion.

Bielsa teams fade way too often towards the end of the season. I’m not sure if this year will be any different, even though I want Bielsa in the Prem.

Leeds and West Brom both gone into poor form at the same time, looked almost over a month ago. They'll both be looking over shoulders soon if they aren't already.

Was a fantastic result today. WBA fans acting twats refusing to give the ball back leading to about a 2 minute wait to get a ball for the corner. Which Charlton subsequently scored on shutting them right up.

Bartley was then trying to talk shit to Charlton fans for some reason and within minutes a ball curled to the back post for Lockyer to power home while Bartley stood there with his thumb up his ass.

Enjoyed both WBA and Leeds' results today after dispatching Shepherds Bush earlier.

Surely there's no way Leeds United can throw away the automatic route to the PL again??? This would have to be one of the biggest capitulations in recent times.

Mind you, West Brom have been just as bad. It will be a big shock if either of them end up in the play-offs.

That’s what I was thinking. Their stay in the second league has been too long. I was happy when they disappeared but now I want them up now just for the drama and the entertainment with their coach. They just might blow it if they fall into the playoffs.

They won't get to 90 points imo which usually is enough for top 2 so yes big chance they'll blow it again.

That said I have a feeling they'll win the play offs. Not going up for them is unthinkable as no way Bielsa would have a third go at promotion so he leaves and the squad will start to break up.

The Leeds sympathisers on here must be sweating.
You can't deny the PL would be a better more exciting league with them in it. I'd rather see them in there than the likes of Burnley and Bournemouth.

I'd prefer them to go up instead of West Brom.

Brentford would be a very good team to come up football wise, their front three is very good. Also got Forest in the mix for the nostalgia fix.

Fulham and WBA as top 2 is likely but would be underwhelming considering how bad they were in the prem very recently.

It's happening peoples!! Leeds United are going to bottle it again 2nd year in a row. In 8 games they've thrown away an 11 pt lead to 3rd to just 1 pt if results stay the same.

They've got to fall out of the automatic places before we can get too giddy
I'm in the minority in that I don't hate Leeds!

Probably because Im not from the north of England. I lived near Leeds for a long time and loved it and have lots of friends from Leeds who are die-hard fans, plus they're just a big club that for me belongs in the PL. So I kind of want them to show their faces again.

Come on, they'll have dropped 10 pts in the last 8 games. They could be in 4th after the next 2, which is not inconceivable.

They've dropped 10 points but where are they in the table still?

Exactly

1-2 and absolutely dominating the balance of the match if a quick look at the stats is anything to go by.

Think that's often been their problem though? Missing chances/lack of prolific strikers.
