Liverpool to win* EPL, us to comfortably place top 4 and win Europa, Bayern to win CL.

Very interested in the Championship this season as well.

I predict for us to end in the top 4 with the other obvious 3. Liverpool to win the title which is obvious.
Norwich, Villa, Watford going down.
Also predict Covid to take it's victims and mess things up before the end.
Who are the other "obvious three"? In my opinion I think it's going to finish:

1 Liverpool
2 City
3 MUFC
4 Chelsea

Leicester I think will drop out after a great start to the season. And it all may come down to the final game of the season against us with the 6 point swing being enough for them to fall behind both us and Chelsea and finishing in 5th (just ahead of Arsenal on goal difference)

I honestly feel we are going to have a flier from the season restart. The inclusion of injured players back into the squad will make it so much better. Pogba has thrived to play with a team capable of doing damage to the opposition for a long time now. I think after his journey with Juve, this will by far be the best team he'll play with. I can remember the time when he thrived playing alongside the great Zlatan, he was just one player but that made Pogba play at his best. Remember the City comeback inspired by Pogba, that was astronomical. With players like Bruno, Fred, Rashford, Martial, Pogba is going to love playing alongside them because this time he can take the game to a different level. I for one, cannot wait to watch Pogba and Bruno in tandem. They're clever, sleek, can run into pockets quickly, receive fast passes, put fiery passes through and what's most amazing, they can score when called upon.

Spurs are going to have a hard time on day 1 and we'll chase and catch up with Chelsea so quickly they'll be left in tears. We now have a team that can start attacking and play our own game against any opponent and all other teams will have a tough time tracking our players. I just love it! Can't wait!

On paper we only have 2 hard games remaining and that’s Spurs away and Leicester away.

In reality though all are tough fixtures. Sheff Utd at Home will be tough, Norwich Villa and Bournemouth are all fighting relegation so will be fired up for the game.

Feels like so long ago, it is hard for me to be eager on any expectations. I hope for a decent run in Europe and domestically, and a Top 4 spot.
I'm afraid it will be a little too late to qualify for Europe through the league, also been thinking we aren't ready any ways, so just happy to see the lads play some football, have some fun and win as many games as possible.

Key player gets coronavirus in the battle for relegation or top 4, and his club sues the PL for 10s of millions they will lose in income because of it

It’s not too late? Only 3 points from Chelsea and they have the harder run in on paper at least.

I agree though that we aren’t really ready for a serious run in the Champions League anyway and would likely struggle to get past even the knockous.

Here's how I see it:
- draw against a park the bus Tottenham, fans will be up in arms "Pogba doesn't want to be here, sell him, sign Grealish", "Luke Shaw is unfit and we need a new LB" "Martial isn't good enough", "no top club would have Martial as their #9 we should've signed Timo Werner" "Glazers/Woodward Out"
- Go on a winning run after that Tottenham game and easily make top 4.
Been at the CAF long have ya? Absolutely nailed that one. Exactly how I see it as well.

I'm staying with my prediction from the beginning of the season; we finish 3rd with city and pool above us, we'll win the fa cup and Europa title.
What a season that will turn out to be. We have such a good chance to win most our PL games whilst winning games in the FA cup. EL is in August and if we have qualified for the CL, those games can be played with less pressure.

General EPL prediction:
Predict lots of mid-paced football.
A lot of draws.
Players not pushing themselves as they don't want to get injured.

Controversial prediction:
(Unknown) players to test positive for corona and the clubs/EPL to cover it up.

This is where I am. Not only do I not feel that it's overoptimistic, on paper, it's how things should play out.

League-wise, Chelsea and Leicester have harder runs and had run into trouble. We've got the "easier" schedule to finish out, were on fire before the lockdown, and with all the injuries healed up, should have the superior squad in every match.

The FA Cup runs in a similar vein to the league, especially with Pool already out. And Ole owns Pep. :D

As for the Europa League, I think with everyone healthy, we also have the best team remaining and we'll be sharp from all the league play and FA Cup games.

Rashford and Martial will both surpass the 20-goal mark in league play.

No it's not too late. Very possible, and we have the players to do it in terms of quality. The problem was/is consistency, also feels like we let slip quite a few really good chances to climb the table.
Let's hope for the best.

Sorry but thats just a seriously poor excuse, the CL is a lottery, you always have a chance. Chelsea were piss poor when they won it for the first time, we weren't great when getting to those two finals vs Barca.

There's no real excuse for us to not be in the CL next season barring another injury crisis.

I'd say even 3rd. Leicester and Chelsea have a bit of a tough run.

Someone said that the restart would volatile - resembling the start of the season. Well, we had a lot of positivities, even if we slipped a couple of games.
I think we'll be able to restart with a bang and by the time we start facing the bottom 6 of the table we'll be in good form with Bruno and Pogba both being match fit.

In our last 8 games we face 20th A, 15th A, 18th H, 19th A, 14th H, 11th A, 16th H and Leicester A. With a fully fit squad purple run is a must.
I'm not sure playing the bottom 3 is a good thing necessarily. Give me mid table teams already on holiday anytime.
