Southampton game was a timely reminder on how we need more quality and depth in our attack.

It is actually shocking to me that there are some here who don‘t want to add a world class player like Sancho into the squad. The goal of this club must be titles. Rashford, Martial and Greenwood are still young. You can‘t expect them to be consistently playing on highest level. What when 1/2 of them get injured ? Look at other top clubs. They have multiple top players for each position. Not to mention that you need serious competition for each position to push every player to their limits.
Imo one top striker and winger are definitely needed.

Can’t find it after that last minute goal :(
That's what brought on my initial semi. We're on the brink of greatness but we're not quite there yet. JS will propel us back to our rightful place and it shall be truly spuff-worthy. I've gone Full Kerm.

If Manchester United sign a primary target whilst a Muppet is in a state of "Full Kerm", the subject will gyrate erotically for several minutes before expelling a hot molten stream of pure green ejaculate that legend tells is hotter than the surface of the sun. And greener.

The post-spuff cool down period is key in ensuring the Muppet fully recovers and that his cock doesn't drop off from all that hot spunk. The most efficient method has proven to be sticking your shaft in the ice cube tray from your freezer.

Studies are ongoing as to the effects of going Full Kerm on female Muppets. More research is required.

Sancho will only consider Man Utd if they qualify for the champions league. United will also have to pay BvBs asking price of €120m.

SAF usually always try to get the best English/British player he can get his hands on, even if he needs to break transfer record. Andy Cole, Rooney, Rio, and the like of Shearer and Gazza. I think it's more about the easier cultural adaption, more than "nationality".

This is another lazy journalism, Sancho is only 20 so I'd very much doubt he cares that much by missing 1 year out of the CL and in return he gets to return back to England and the most competitive league in the world football today

BILD Sport in Germany reporting that United have a deal in place with Dortmund for Sancho. It all depends on whether we get Champions league as he won't join if we only get Europa League.

As if the stakes weren't high enough with these last few games. So much of next season depends on the next 2 weeks. Anxiety going up now

If we got 3rd/4th would we still have to go into a preliminary CL qualification round?

Someone can correct me if i'm wrong but I think anywhere in the top 4 now and you go straight into the Champions League group stages.

If worse comes to worse and we finish 5th, we always have the Europa League route in, but worried the players will be knackered by then, they're playing 2 games a week, every week.

tbf we will have a day off in the Europa to start that off. We won the first leg 5-0 so we can rest players in the 2nd leg against LASK.

It's more likely that we won't be willing/able to pay what Dortmund want if we don't make CL rather than Sancho being desperate to play in a few behind closed doors games.

The alternative is stay at Dortmund and go out in the group stage or last 16 as normal.

He reportedly pulled out of a prospective deal with us last summer, when it became clear we wouldn't be playing CL football. It may well be a prerequisite for him.

As you say, we probably cannot finance the deal without CL football anyway, so Sancho's personal preferences are unlikely to come in to it.

We need top 4!

If Dortmund were a team in with a chance of winning it it might make sense but we're talking 6-8 games, probably behind closed doors with maybe 4 of them being against 'glamour' opposition. Vs the chance to play in the PL every week. I highly doubt it would be a deal breaker on his side.

Pretty much no homesick like Pique.

It probably is a deal breaker on our side, so it's unlikely we'll ever find out for sure what Sancho's prerequisites are.

Its probably something his agent has convinced him should be a non-negotiable. I wouldn't be surprised if that's a common thing.

Err... I agree we need Sancho.. but I don’t think Sancho is any older than Rashford, Martial and Greenwood, if your concern is their age...
