Why does Ole watch the match on a screen?

The screen has Norwegian subtitles so it's easier for him to follow what's going on.

Yes, this is exactly why we drew with Southampton. Presumably for the VAR calls to then put more pressure on the officials.

The CL is a glorified FA Cup set to music

Why don't we have people up in the stands who can get an aerial view of the pitch and notice tactical shifts and relay to Ole on the sidelines? Like defensive coordinators in NFL football

Are we sure he was watching the match? Probably scrolling through the caf match thread looking for tactical ideas from the experts on here.

Because one of the new, world-beating Brexit trade deals means that we export Pong to Norwegian football managers.

I've always wondered this. Surely a different vantage would be beneficial?

This explain why he is so clueless. Someone need to remove the screen!

The bird's eye view is one of the best tactical views in sports or anything. It's why the average armchair fan can see passes trained athletes don't pick up in realtime. I'm actually surprised more sports personnel don't use it. Guess their eyes are trained to see everything at ground level just fine

We're so good he's actually doing the 'I'd pay to watch them play' bit by getting a subscription

Ole's on Tinder. Its a target-rich environment considering the number of United fans around the world.

He’s constantly refreshing craigslist. Nope still no bids for Lingard.

I thought the league had appointed him manager and 4th official but only at old Trafford.

He's playing Football Manager 2020. Been trying to sign Pereira for Molde FC for 3 summers in a row now.

He's got a running live feed showing six United fans watching the game in their undies at home, trying to recreate just a little bit of atmosphere. That empty stand is a lonely place.
