Pissed me off the most when he kept saying how Pogba was in big, big trouble.
It's as if he's broken a leg or something. Yes, it's a pen but shut the feck up about it as if it's a red card.

I hate it when he does his customary "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww"

I swear it goes on for about 7 seconds

...the other commentator should unplug his mic when he starts doing it.

People accusing him of being racist need to give their heads a shake Jesus Christ.

There’s complaints to be made against Neville but some of you properly despise him.

He isn’t racist but he’s definitely a fecking knobber.

He’s a moron. Does my head in listening to him commentating on our games.

It’s all platitudes behind a keyboard on here.

Surely part of supporting the club is to support the players but millennials call it. . . ‘fanboyism’ whatever the f*ck that is.
Yep. Sad times.
It isn't. Pogba is likely gonna cost us top 4 with his cowardice but his protection comes first for his fans over this club stagnating for another year.
Pogba isn't going to cost us top 4. Our inability as a team is.

It speaks volumes that you would rather he got knocked out than concede a penalty.
If you are serious then you never have played or don't understand football
Do one.

A ball to the head, boo fecking hoo.

How soft are you?
How soft is Fergie? It's the same as the RvP incident years ago. A ball blasted at your face is going to hurt.

Pogba did the right thing. Your little strop doesn't change that.

Gary Neville on racism, Brexit and Boris Johnson:

Accusing him of supporting any of those things is ridiculous.

If you can't take the fact someone has a different opinion from you, it's not okay to slur them into silence.

Great reply from someone who hasn't a clue about football hahaha

I'm sure he said 'if you'd have told Ole a few months ago, they'd be in the top 4 he'd have snapped your hand off' utter rubbish, that should be the bare minimum for United and I'm damn sure if we drop out of the top 4 Sunday, he'll call it a failure and poor season.

We forgetting de Geas blunders vs Everton and Spurs in the league that have cost us 4 points? Had they not happened, we'd have been 5 clear of Leicester and playing a dead rubber game Sunday.

He couldn't wait to lay into Pogba.

Rather have Carragher commentate our matches

His problem is he made it personal with Pogba/Raiola so he just come across as unprofessional.

It may make no difference points wise, but it will give them some more confidence. We were shocking today, again. That will obviously give them some more motivation than if we had won.

He’s a right pain in the arse at times. Yes we were shite Gary but don’t keep banging on about it every 2 seconds. As soon as West Ham won their first corner he hits out with West Ham are on top now, much the better side and Utd are letting this drift! Such fecking hyperbole.

Yeah he mentioned something along those lines and yep no doubt he’ll contradict himself if we do lose to Leicester on Sunday.

Of course it does. They still have a great shot as it now doesn't even need to be goal difference like it would if we won.

But he was also talking about the performance. Shit, even Norwich would feel confident playing us next based on the last couple matches

Eh, of course he would have. People were honestly thinking we were in a relegation scrap early in the season. To be in touching distance of top 4 never seemed to be on the cards so, Neville is correct

What on earth was that venom in his voice when Paul gave away that penalty? That has to be discussed because there was some real pent up hate in there busting at the seams

He was talking up Pogba all game, talking about how talented he is and how he should be played closer to goal.
Well, if a ball that's hit as hard as Rice's shot was is flying at your face, I hope you do what Pogba did.
Neville said he would have understood it if Pogba had ducked to protect himself.

The ball was hit from far enough away to give him time to raise his hands above his head. There was ample time to lower his head if that's what he wanted to do. Giving away a handball was unnecessary. Evra agreed.

You're talking about a Ferguson era United player. That disgust is at a player putting himself above the team. Fergie probably would have dragged Pogba off at half time.

We were in that position for a reason, top 4 should've been bare minimum, especially with the amount of money we spent in summer.

He defended Pogba initially, until the replay showed the same thing that the VAR panel was looking at.

because we’re chasing champions league and it was an idiotic thing to do and it’s not first time he’s done something like that.

We’ve dropped 4 points in the last two home games and Pogba has been at fault for 2 of the 3 goals conceded

Get over it. He wouldn’t have reacted like that if it was Maguire or Scott. There was a disturbing aggression in his tone towards Pogba that needs to be discussed.

Did you see how fast the ball was going? Rice proper smashed it. Pogba probably only had a second to decide what to do and went with his instincts.

After Bailly and Maguire have head injuries the last game, and Williams just before, the risk wasn't worth it. Stay safe.

You won't find a single professional footballer who agrees with you.

And that's a shame because sometimes you need to sacrifice a piece of play for your own safety. Not everyone is a Vidic or Jones who dive into everything without a second thought.

Jeez, when did people get so sensitive? You see a footballer being incredibly cowardly (and if you think he's not - name someone else who's done something like that, not the first player to have a ball heading in his face....), and your issue is with the tone of the commentators voice? Christ.
