Jack Grealish celebrating by crying his eyes out cause he priced himself out of a move to a top 6 club.

He basically saved them, so they should do him a favour and knock off a few million off his transfer as goodwill.

Yeah that’s not going to happen. Villa owners have said that they will invest heavily in the team in the unlikely event they stay up.

This is as exciting as when Trevor Brooking got West Ham relegated.

Before anyone starts their nonsense (too late?) Grealish simply tells Villa he’s just scored a £100m+ goal so they need to give him a free transfer to United!

Think this was only on if they were relegated and we could get a cut rate price. He'd probably take most of our budget at this rate, so on to the Dutch fella.

More like they use it to push up the transfer fee because he s so "important" to them :)

He might leave. He might even come here. But at what cost? He obviously loves the club he’s at. But he’s reached where he can with them. Let’s see some good business done. I am increasingly in favor of bringing him in. My skepticism was around him being the same age as Bruno. if he was a tad younger, he could stay on after Bruno is older. He has to ask himself if he’d like to come here to not be part of the strongest 11 by default.

He obviously does love them, but it is about ambition or become another Matt Le Tissier, big fish in a small pond.

If we get Sancho, I guess Grealish would depend on sold players. He is Villa's best player and they will rightfully demand a hefty fee.

This is his big chance to force a move.

Everyone’s going to be spending this summer.

I don’t see Pogba playing that AM role, I think Ole has simplified things for him and doesn’t want him playing multiple positions, just mastering that one. So I assume that’s where many are seeing Grealish being especially useful.
Where is this assumption coming from?

5 years old and not the worst thing he could've been imbibing. Ima let this one slide.

Now if it'd been helium and he was caught on camera speaking with a squeaky voice, a stricter punishment may have been required.
I agree it’s something that wouldn’t bother me in isolation and wouldn’t put me off but he keeps getting involved in these little things along the way and for me the lockdown behaviour was completely inexcusable and spits in the face of the efforts of Rashford.

Having seen what fatigue and loss of form led to performances plummeting for Rashford and Bruno I am now convinced we need him. I am just concerned whether we can do both him and Sancho plus a defensive reinforcement. We sure could have done with him in the last four games.

Paul Pogba will absolutely be here next season. In the current economic climate due to covid no club can afford him. Real Madrid can't even afford Van De Beek.
How can you be so sure Real would be his only option? With FFP again showing it has no real power, PSG could well be looking for a big signing. We’re not getting 80 million for him regardless. I’m still not convinced he really wants to be at United, 1 year until we activate the extension and if things carry on he’ll walk away at the end of that.

He's been great whenever I watched him this season so writing him off as not all that is a bit moronic.

Parallels to Tevez keeping WHU up singlehandedly.

We have so much shit to sell, we can probably start another football club.

I think he'd start alot of games for us and is a improvement over Fernandes in some facets.

We need to gather the talisman of other teams. It worked with Bruno. Grealish could be the next one.

Manchester Utd never lose, just run out of time
I'm guessing now that he's kept them up they will ask for too much and we'll back off. Hopefully though they'll do the right thing by him since he played a huge part in first reaching the PL and then staying in it, and won't price him out of a move.

Slump in form from Fernandes the last four games been dramatic, let hope its just a dip as there have been bigger names and talents than Fernandes that have started of well and failed here....Veron, DiMaria beign the main ones.

As for Grealish, yes I agree with you wholeheartedly and personally find it moronic people saying Grealish is an expensive mistake to sit on the bench.

He is potentially a big talent, we have never seen him surrounded by better players so dont know just how big that talent can become. That is due to his love of Villa and off field problems at times.

But I also think he would start regularly, it isnt even about who is better as a player which I wont go into but he offers something different that we dont have in Pogbas position, in Fernandes position, in Rashfords position and even in Greenwoods current position so great competition and as we have seen there have been times all of thes players have been really poor, personally I think he gets lots of games

That isnt his only position though, lets face it the last three games he would start over Fernandes probably the way both have played and he would 100% start over Rashford on current form

But how do you know he can make it at a big club like Manchester United. This is his first season at premier league level after spending the rest of the time in the championship at 24. He could be a one season wonder. It's not a given he could succeed for those reasons.
Weird take. He played in the PL in 15-16. He’s been easily their best player for years now.

Yes this is the big problem, I personally think the best we can hope for is £140m for the pair which is a big outlay, especially as we need a good centre back signing and maybe even a defensive midfielder too.

Though he has improved a lot this season over last, one casualty I never see mentioned possibly....Fred. He isnt a dm so offers no real good cover to Matic and he isnt an attacking midfielder so offers no real good cover to Fernandes, really he covers Pogba only and we also have McTominay who also though all three are totally different really only covers Pogba. If we were to sign Grealish one of the positions he can cover.....Pogba

Though I think Fred has done nothing wrong he is probably our only expendable player if we sign the two that would have good value in the transfer market
