I said we’d be fine but the nerves were jangling. Incredible run to get us 3rd. Well done Ole.

Now, let's win the Europa League. We can rest the XI for the 2nd legged. Played the rest of the team like Mata, Lingard, Pereira, Fred, McTominay, Igaho, James and etc. Let's get serious later, it would be wonderful if we win it.
Aren't they all one offs now?

feck yeah, get in! Imagine if someone told us that we would finish the season 3rd in February.

Phenomenal run since the restart. Get in some quality players, start getting more consistent and we will challenge in no time.
This is the most confident and excited I have been of United in a long long time. Hope we keep killing it.

3rd FC...

Delighted for them to get over the line when we looked dead on our arse. Both at the start of the season, and the last few games.

We haven't cared about 3rd in the past, but we can't underplay this. Financially speaking this gives us a massive chance to strengthen.

What a truly great job Ole has done since he has come in . Brilliant achievement to finish 3rd and hopefully we buy well now before the season starts .

I'm very excited to get back to OT and see the progress next season

So much to talk about with this performance, but at the end of the day our defending was resolute and we got the job done.

A shame, however, there was no way to make sure it was Leicester City and not Chelsea who joins us in the CL.

Cagey game. Both teams had decent chances, but we lucked out.

Loads of work to do. Not convinced with the back 4. AWB is great defensively, but wish he'd be more penetrating on offense. Just doesn't make enough deep runs or offer a real threat. Lindelof is decent, but I would like to see better. Maguire, meh. Probably the most nailed on CB, but at times he disappoints.

Yep!
What are your thoughts on resting the first team/giving them a holiday before the start of the new season? I know it would be nice to win Europa but I seriously worry about burn out, the players looked exhausted today, especially Bruno and Rashford.

Martial is easily our best player. MOTM again. Lindelof good too. Williams much better. Greenwood decent.

Bruno awful. Rashford too. Maguire & Matic shaky.

Cheers for the tap in & the FA Cup, Jesse! It’s been real. Best of luck wherever you go.

Please just stop. Draw at home to West Ham is never a good result. Give it a rest and enjoy today’s win
We got 3rd place. The draw put us into a position that got us third place. Please stop pretending this isn't true.

The win is immaterial. Getting 3rd place was what mattered. I would have been happy with a 0-0 with 0 shots on target.

Did it the hard way but it’s done and it’s a major major major boost for us in getting a few big deals done this summer. The financial implications on missing out would have been almost catastrophic in terms of making any significant moves this summer.

Also happy to see Lingard score in what might be his final appearance for us. He’s been a target for supporter frustration with the club and players, undeservedly at times. That FA CUP winner puts him in good company, good luck to him at his next club!

I know! If only. Would have been wonderful to watch Lampard pour it all into the FA Cup but come up short in the league. Oh well.

Nail biter of a game. So much tetchniness from both sides. Really didn't know how it'd end at half time.
Boys dug in though and that experience will serve them will in big games in the future.

No resting on our laurels now. Rest up for the EL. 3rd place and the Europa League is probably the best we could've asked for. And I would have obviously taken that in December.
Get in some crucial signings and next season is looking spicy AF.

Buzzing!!!

Hasn't been vintage these last few games, but ultimately, we have got the job done and that's what mattered. Back in Champions League, progress being made, gradually Solskjaer is building a squad with players he wants.

Have to be happy today.

Was always going to be nervy.

Couldn't care less about the performance all about the result.

Ole deserves huge credit, no excuses now go out and sign who we need.
