This means Arsenal in Europa.

And Spurs have to qualify for Europa right?

Glad to see Chelsea lose and even more glad to see them have a sending off deserved or not. They fouled their way to victory against us, so it's been a pleasure seeing them lose tonight.

Yeah after we went 1-0 up it was a bizarrely passive performance. We were thoroughly outplayed for the rest of the first half and Arsenal were good value for the equalizer. Once Azpi went off we were always going to struggle, that position is the lynchpin that allows us to swap to 4-3-3 in possession. We looked to have come out with a better plan 2nd half but Pulisic's injury was the nail in the coffin.

Not helped at all by Taylor, mind. Really atrocious performance from him I thought (biased though I might be).
Yeah I didn't think the ref was great but I do think the right team won. As said to duffer you didn't have a shot on target second half which was odd. Not sure why Mount was brought if you know either. Just seemed to totally vanish as an attacking threat when Pulisic went off which is a concern.

Arsenal did well to come back and win. Ref was very poor, awesome it happened btw.

They were the better team on the day. Can't help but wonder what it would have been like if we hadn't had injuries to our best defender, our best attacker and had our best midfielder wrongly sent off. I'd also like to see a replay of the Martinez possibly handballing outside the box. I hope we have Pulisic and Azpilicueta for the start of next season because they so important for us.

Congratulations Arsenal. cnuts

Enjoying a Chelsea pal's fuming rants after.

He is always adamant that Chelsea get biased ref after biased ref and that it's all against them

Chelsea started well and looked like they were going to go a couple of goals up, but Arsenal came back into this and were the better team after the first 20 minutes. It shows good mental strength to not crumble after going behind so early. The long-ball strategy to get Aubameyang behind the Chelsea backline worked well in the first half and his finish for the second was class. Can't really say that they didn't deserve to win this game.

The red card decision was wrong, imo. It did have an effect on the game and the Pulisic injury was also very hard luck.

But can we still give manager of the year to Super Frank and his band of kids?

No sympathy for them after all the nonsense after the semi final. Fair play to Arsenal, would have given them no chance after the semi final draw.
And after the first 15 minutes of this match.

No sympathy for Chelsea, their fans will be livid at those decisions!

We'll have a few options better than Pedro in that position next season thankfully!

Pulisic is so far and away our best player right now. Thought we needed to go 4-3-3 once Azpi went off; would have brought on Emerson for Alonso and Kante for Rudiger at the half. Perhaps Kante wasn't fit though.

Bet you weren't complaining about Mike Dean in the semi though!
Exactly. The sending off was the highlight for me. There is balance in the universe after all. They got away with various sort of fouls against us and didn't even get booked once. So satisfying seeing thing played out like this tonight.

Arsenal deserved to win, Kovacic never a second yellow or even a foul though. Though by letter of the law should be a red for us in first half. Loads of injuries. We're not very good defensively even with different keeper, that is key point from today.

Disappointing day. Still very happy with the season though, even if we don't come back against Bayern and win the CL

Next season we need improve our defensive organisation and tactics, simply changing GK won't help much.

What a load of guff, he was fine.
It's a Chelsea fan posting it! Course he won't be too pleased right now.

Truth is that the injuries were unfortunate. But i wouldn't say the reffing was bad. And I have no particular love for either club.

Most pathetic part was some journalist praised them for not getting booked after committing 21 fouls.

Arsenal and Leicester will start from group stage and Spurs will play the playoff.
This is good stuff. Would be quite funny after Joses celebrations if he fails in the playoffs (I know, they wont)
