The Kovacic second yellow was obviously an awful decision but the way he was playing in the second half I think a yellow would have came his way eventually.

The football gods wanted Chelsea to lose, taking away Pulicic and then the bad sending off.

Wonder what Chelsea's stats are without Kante on the pitch?

Auba doesn't commit to Arsenal in the post-match.

Get the chequebook out Woody.
In fairness, what player wants to give an interview when they've just won a trophy. You'd just want to have a big piss-up with your mates at that point, wouldn't you?

Wasn’t committing to Arsenal was he
They did still come 8th, so he'd be a maniac to stay. At 31 after a great goalscoring season, he really does have 1 last chance to get to a top team.

Game changing? You were already losing 2-1, without looking like turning it round.
Yes and at what point was there a decision in the semi as poor as that when it was still a contest? Yes, Chelsea should have gotten bookings for persistent fouling, but by the time that would have been relevant we were 2-0 up.

Don't think there was a decision anywhere near as atrocious or game-changing as Kovacic being sent off, mind.
You got away with foul after foul after foul.

And we should have had a penalty or a free kick in a very dangerous area at 0-0 when Martial got fouled right before half time.

I can't even remember the semi to be honest mate, and it wasn't me making that point.
But this wasn't a game changing decision today.

He dropped the trophy. That should be an automatic three historic win deduction. We’re the record FA cup holders!

You lot have not won it with an English manager for 35 years so nothing to really brag about there!
Not bragging just gave a few stats. Hopefully that norwegian fella lands a few trophies for United in the years ahead.

Wolves i can imagine aren't to pleased with Chelsea today

That would have been a free kick as it was outside the area. You're telling me a free kick at 0-0 is as impactful as a red card at 1-2?

What a load of guff, he was fine.
He sent someone off for something no-one who has ever seen a game of football before could think was a bookable offense, and in the process basically ended the game. So no he wasn't 'fine' he was a useless prick who just spoiled one of the most iconic events in the football calendar.

I know all teams get decisions go for them and against them in a season.

It's just funny to see Chelsea fans on here slagging off the ref for the final, after the way Mike Dean was their 12th man in the semi final.

They should've played their U14s against us last weekend so we would be a little more rested!

Weren't good enough after 15 minutes. The ref was shit but it all evens itself out, should have killed this final in the first 20 minutes, only ourselves to blame.

Fair enough. Agree to disagree. Yes we were unlikely to win, but that more or less took any chance we had and trashed it.

Well I was a neutral and I really enjoyed it. He had a decent game, not afraid to to card players if required.

I dunno.

I mean it's probably fair either way, you had all the luck in the semi final in terms of days rest, injuries and the ref. And today it all went against you.
