I thought the 15m euros plus them paying all the wages seemed too good to be true. Maybe it was.Tweet

Sounds much more believable.Tweet

They might be offering him three years, which he wants compared to only two being offered at Chelsea.Surely to God they arent signing him to a long term deal?

Well at least thats 350k off the wage bill!Tweet

Exactly. It's a great relief to put all that behind us.Just getting him off the wage bill is as good as receiving money for a transfer.
It’s over 35m GPB over two years in wage savings, not too bad either.Well at least thats 350k off the wage bill!
For Arsenal, at least it should be concern the amount of influence Edu's friend Kia is having on their transfers. Arsenal have already signed two of Kia's players David Luiz and Soares, is now signing Willian and have been linked to Coutinho and a couple more of his players. It can be argued, none of them are good long term signings.I don’t really understand all the fuss about Arsenal offering Willian 3 years instead of 2. There is no transfer fee and he only turns 32 next week. They will have two whole seasons of him contributing very well, and he might still be a useful asset (as David Silva was this year for City) when he is 34. He always looks incredibly fit.
If they needed to offer him an extra year to get him in on a free, then so be it. He immediately makes them better and adds real quality. It’s a great signing.

Yeah I think he's a reasonable signing overall.I don’t really understand all the fuss about Arsenal offering Willian 3 years instead of 2. There is no transfer fee and he only turns 32 next week. Would be my own little muppet signing, think this kid’s got a lot of potential. But unlike you with Sancho there’s no way we get it done, as soon as a fee is agreed West Ham and maybe Leeds’ll match it and that’ll be that. The life of a CPFC supporter!Tweet

That amount of wages per week off our bill is worth a fee.Oh well I was happy that we were getting a fee
Hopefully Parish will slap the cash down, what position does he play?Would be my own little muppet signing, think this kid’s got a lot of potential. Should we go celebrate outside his house with some fireworks, oh wait.....Let's be honest, we knew this was coming the moment Ed turned up at Carrington with those sunglasses
He’s done well in the Championship. Looks a good buy to me.Tweet

Can play as a number 10 or out wide, still quite raw but got a bit of everything. Looks like Roy isn’t going anywhere so he’ll probably play left mid with some license to come inside like RLC used to. Exciting but as I say, not holding my breath.Hopefully Parish will slap the cash down, what position does he play?
