I thought the 15m euros plus them paying all the wages seemed too good to be true. Maybe it was.

Just getting him off the wage bill is enough for me though. Good riddance.

I don’t really understand all the fuss about Arsenal offering Willian 3 years instead of 2. There is no transfer fee and he only turns 32 next week. They will have two whole seasons of him contributing very well, and he might still be a useful asset (as David Silva was this year for City) when he is 34. He always looks incredibly fit.

If they needed to offer him an extra year to get him in on a free, then so be it. He immediately makes them better and adds real quality. It’s a great signing.

Waiting for Miguel Delaney to confirm it.

Getting 15M on top of getting rid of his wages was always fishy but that's still a great move for you !

Says Man Utd and Man City also inquired about Willian but that he will go to Arsenal because of the 3 year contract offer.

For Arsenal, at least it should be concern the amount of influence Edu's friend Kia is having on their transfers. Arsenal have already signed two of Kia's players David Luiz and Soares, is now signing Willian and have been linked to Coutinho and a couple more of his players. It can be argued, none of them are good long term signings.

United getting rid of Sanchez seems to be almost as important for United's progression as signing Sancho is.

Yeah I think he's a reasonable signing overall.

However with Utd getting Sancho and Chelsea getting Ziyech and maybe Havertz too..... It just looks like they are being left behind. And that's not even thinking about the top 2 who are even further ahead.

Let's be honest, we knew this was coming the moment Ed turned up at Carrington with those sunglasses

Arsenal reading Fab’s tweets, crying about Özil’s contract. He would fit in perfectly in the Serie A as well, should be possible to ship him there as well, no? Unless Inter is set on only buying United-players. If so, there are a few more at our club that would love getting injured in Milano as well.

Would be my own little muppet signing, think this kid’s got a lot of potential. But unlike you with Sancho there’s no way we get it done, as soon as a fee is agreed West Ham and maybe Leeds’ll match it and that’ll be that. The life of a CPFC supporter!

Hopefully Parish will slap the cash down, what position does he play?

Can play as a number 10 or out wide, still quite raw but got a bit of everything. Looks like Roy isn’t going anywhere so he’ll probably play left mid with some license to come inside like RLC used to. Exciting but as I say, not holding my breath.

is he any good?
Had him on loan at my boys Wycombe 2 years ago in league 2 at 20. He ripped it up, wonderkid material.
Sounds by all accounts like he's done the same in the championship this year.
