Ollie Watkins hasn't really had the chance to get going...

I do like his ability to use his body to shield the ball mind you. Surprised me a bit.

If you concede from 40 yards out, no matter how good the strike was, his position was anything but "fine". Should cover (or at least be able to cover) all angles from where you're positioned in such a situation.
Keepers cheat all the time when it comes to free kicks from that sort of range. It's a pretty normal position to take up... He should have just reacted quicker, which is what a better keeper would do.

Brentford’s manager looks like a time travelling Todd Cantwell.

That goalkeeper is such a cheat  He's been lying on the ball every chance he's got since 1-0 and now he's got a cramp?

Would rather see Brentford come up but let's be honest, when it came to the crunch their much vaunted front 3 have gone completely missing when needed. Was the same for the final two league games. I think two of them will still get prem moves but Benrahama and Watkins going to need to massively improve their mentality for the top level.

Fulham will probably learn lessons from last time but I'd be amazed if them and West Brom finish above 18th especially with the very quick turnaround.

Still it's a cracking awayday if we ever go back to getting fans in grounds.

Surely not, that would be totally wasting a chance, Im convinced he miskicked that one and got lucky because the keeper feck up big timed.
I reckon you are probably right given the lack of quality from either team.

It will be fun to watch Parker take points off Lampard next season

Brentford will not have this opportunity again to reach the promised land. 4 defeats in 5. What a bottle job from them.

And it’s stupid how the refs always allow keepers to keep the ball in their hands for 20 seconds. That’s time-wasting made to easy.

Well that’s that. Fulham were the better team on the night and probably deserve the win.

Losing 2-0 makes it easier on Brentford as they can’t agonise on ‘what if’. Such a shame for Brentford, hope they can consolidate and go at it hard again next season.

This very much. First of all book every keeper with their fake jump to the ground, and then enforce your own rules and give them a yellow card from the first time out. Timewasting really needs to be done with in football.

Media will love Scott Parker coming up, someone to get behind now Eddie Howe has left the scene.
I like how he has gone about his managerial career. This is how new English managers should prove themselves, same with Lampard, and not the entitled way Giggs tried to.
