The thing is even when we lost and he personally hadn’t played well, he was still MOTM for us on those days. It helps that he was always the goalscorer from the spot in those games too. He’s been the best player in almost all his games here, if you think about it.
Nonsense....I was actually a little concerned towards the end of the season. He can’t give the ball away as often and as regular as he was in every game towards the end, for a full season. Hopefully it was fatigue but he certainly wasn’t motm every game

AWB, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Matic, Bruno, Pogba, Greenwood, Martial, and Rashford. We don't have squad depth outside of midfield and even then we still need a DM.

Strange narrative around Bruno, great player but almost like it doesn’t matter how he plays....the narrative is he was man of the match
That’s true. I suppose it also has to do with the fact that his introduction into the team felt like the breath of fresh air we’ve been wanting for sometime. That coupled with his on-field presence does make him somewhat more integral in games even if he is not always at his best.

With Pogba, Rashford and Martial, a bad patch in form usually translates into complete anonymity on the pitch - a general lack of involvement and engagement in build up play etc

Didnt Ole played the same XI until players where exhausted? Id say all of them are nailed starters bar Matic who could be overtaken by VDB or Fred.

I dont really think Henderson will be able to get the starting place from De Gea. I hope a true competition is in place but I dont think Ole will have the guts to drop De Gea, he didnt do it last season when De Gea was gifting goal after goal.
