25 mil?? Ffs, can we sign Liverpool's or Chelsea's man who does transfers? 25 mil with zero PL games and goals. Ibe, Ings and Solanke went for 20 also without having decent minutes for first team. Bloody hell
They are all English, like as we would have sold Tuanzebe, Brandon Williams or Greenwood, as they came form academy as insane youth products but we didn't see them to fit into our first team just yet.

Clearly they have backed Mourinho if they sign a striker as he wants after they are done with Reguilón.

If he doesn't stop moaning even after this, one can clearly say that he is no longer the "Special One". He should land Top 4 (hopefully not at our expense) and at least win the FA Cup or Europa League. Spurs need a trophy. Long overdue.
No chance of spurs getting Ings on the cheap. £50mil is what id be asking for if I was Southampton

Ole seems as clueless about the transfer as the rest of the muppets. He's also waiting on the board to show some sort of ambition in supporting him.

In the middle of crazy panicked lockdown (due to Chinese accidentally releasing a synthetic virus?). A worldwide lockdown which wiped out entire sectors of economies. It would be a real surprise which doesn’t make sense to me.
Sure but we are one of the wealthiest clubs and are being outspent by Aston Villa, Newcastle and Leeds. Clearly TV money is still coming in as is Sponsors money. Match Day revenue is important but other clubs are still investing.

Ed has always said match day income for United is not as vital as it is for other clubs.

Think he's gearing us up for nothing there. Develop what we have and see if we can bring someone in sounds like work with the squad and not likely to get anyone else.
Yeah, that's how I read it. Which is fair enough.

Would make sense for them to at least ask about Smalling. He has history there, however brief, and could maybe consider moving back for sentimental reasons. I’m sure they can pay up the 20mill we ask for aswell.
I'd be happy with £15m. It would free up funds. We could probably get a generational talent or two for that. Longer we keep deadwood, the less likely it'll catch fire, and the more likely it will just rot away and start sprouting mushrooms.

Southampton better hold strong on Ings.

Cannot believe we are just letting rivals strengthen and not doing a single thing about it. Horrible.

Sarr clearly has a lot to improve on but there is a player there.

There was a similar meltdown on here when we were linked to Mane when he was at Southampton. Just because he’s at Watford doesn’t make him a bad player. Liverpool bought Wijnaldum and Robertson from relegated clubs - I’d bet folk on here would have lost their minds had Utd done that.

Some are so entrenched in the Sancho deal they can’t see anything else. Is he as good as Sancho? Clearly not, but I get looking at him as an alternative and potentially strengthening in other places as well.
Sanity in the transfer tweets thread is a rarity.

100% this, I want Sancho but he is not the only RW in world football & if he’s an impossibility this summer not having alternatives is malpractice.

He must be gutted. Managed to get top 4 against all odds and then Woodward completely screws him in the summer.

To be honest, I love Ole and have backed him from day one even though I know he's been a convenient appointment for the board as he's United through and through and won't rock the boat. Now is the time where a more experienced manager would be putting huge pressure on the board, he's just achieved Champions league and is expected to take that next step but they've let him down.

Higher profile managers have left jobs over such backing as they know full well the damage it can do to their reputation.

Folks, Romano is made in the similar mould of Tancredi, he is just a clown still living in the high. As soon as he loses its grip, his stock will go so deep you will not have a cardinal tier for him to express disgust. :D Incidentally, both clowns support Inter, which again gives you a hint about their personality and attitude :wenger:.

Why the sudden hate for Romano?
