Jovic is pushing to leave Madrid.
He can't stand Zidane anymore and wants to come back to Eintracht, where he was happy

Will come back to bite Barca in the ass. The gap between Barca and Atletico is relatively small in the league, last season it was 12 points when Atletico had to rely on Morata and his 12 goals as the main man. Suarez still scores 20 goals a season reliably and will play with a chip on his shoulder. He can flip a lot of those 0-0 Atletico games. Meanwhile Barca will try to make want-out Messi, Coutinho, Griezmann work. Good luck.

Madrid fans must really be loving the chaos going on over at Barcelona. Messi's statement after Suarez left shows that he's just as discontent as he was before. Suarez is the third highest scorer in the history of the club and it feels like they just sort of tossed him out the back door, and tried to make it difficult for him at that. It's amazing just how poorly they've handled everything over the past couple months.

On top of that you have Neymar and Alves also commenting similar sentiments under Messi‘s post. What a glorious mess!

Speaking of Madrid, looks like the journalists have found someone else to pick on after Bale left.

I guess it was always a matter of time before he'd get picked on. He hasn't set the world alight at Madrid, yet.

It was inevitable. He came in on a huge fee, he was essentially their Ronaldo replacement which obviously are shoes that no one can really fill, but even then, he’s been underwhelming and at times grossly out of shape. In every possible way Hazard has been a disappointment of a transfer thus far. They have high standards over there.

It’s one of those things like the Gerrard slip, that’s just so perfect you can’t help but think it’s like a script written by their biggest rivals. The goings on at Barcelona must have been such a joy to watch for their rivals.

Madrid is losing 2-1.

2nd goal is a mistake from Courtois.

Will be pretty funny if Barca walk the league after all the drama they've had in the past few months

Madrid still have the same problems, it's going to be another season where they'll need their defenders and midfielders to come up with a ridiculous amount of goals. Either that or Hazard getting his shit together.

Mistake ? Thought past him before could react. Ramos missed a sitter earlier in the half. Mixed bag performance from RM.

Hopefully good title race this year no team really stands out.

Or a Ramos 80th minute chipped penalty. ;)

It was handball from Betis defender.

Feels like they've won 20 matches from a late Ramos penalty in the past 5/6 months

They didn't play well but found a way through as they usually do, very important 3 points as 4 points from Betis and Sociedad away is a very good start and it puts the pressure on Barca right away.

Not motivated by this Madrid side to be honest. It seems like only Benzema has the necessary quality upfront.

What was the wrong call? The red and the penalty seemed pretty clear to me
For you everything in favour of Madrid or Ronaldo is pretty clear, we all know that. And everything against Barca or Messi, also.

Oh, yes, also everything in favour of Benfica, too. Every pro-Benfica decision is corruption.

I don't really understand the argument in that twit to be honest. What does he really want to say?

I'm stupid and i don't understand perspective.

Tbf it's hard to notice the red vertical line dotted line in that pic, but it's taken at the knee

 Pellegrini quotes:

When you are up against Real Madrid and VAR it is too much
To be fair think was onside yesterday for red card, falls in to the ball for the penalty, maybe a bit harsh. Teams are going to be a bit sensitive to pro Madrid VAR decisions as was obviously something going on at the end of last season... Bilbao game still sticks in my mind for the double standards...

Yeah, great debut but I've seen him do this with us a lot of times, you don't want to pay 15M for 2 goals against Granada losing 3-0 with fresh legs.

This match deserved fans in the stands, the stadium would have been rocking.

Both Madrid and Barca aren't as good as in previous years so hopefully this year Atletico can put up a fight unlike last year's mess.

Barcelona are going to regret letting Suarez go to Atletico. He's not best in the world like he was a few years back, but he's infinitely more productive than Morata is. I think he's going to end up being an excellent signing for them.

This has been said for the past couple of years it seems. I hope they can, big season for Simeone.
