Romano piggy backs alot of the time on others info. The latest being Di Marzio reporting that TFM could be included in a deal for Smalling.
This is TFM's last year of contract. Loaning means losing on free. If Roma don't want to buy so as to not get tied to him for long term just yet, we can ask for loan fee, which essentially for us will be transfer fee.
