Bielsa is exceptional at identifying an opponent's weakness. The trouble is that the intensity he demands eventually wears his players down to a nub. They'll probably tail off by February. His players are pretty good too. But at this level all players have the quality to hurt you, good coaching can direct that quality better.

Well their manager is a one you can really call him a genius of a manager. If there's someone who deserves the word "genius" in football, Bielsa is.
Bielsa's teams often struggle in the 2nd part of the season but when they're on, they're great to watch
For someone who scores as many goals as he does, Sterling is woeful at one on ones
