Good performance. Great spirit and composure after a horribly unlucky start.

Something is building here. I feel for those who can't let themselves enjoy it.

Enjoy tonight win folks. No reason to get personal, beside we don't win by big results that often anymore. Just enjoy tonight.

You would swear we won a trophy with a post like this. We beat a poor Newcastle side. The next few games this month will decide if he should keep his job.
How can you support a team when you want the coach sacked for winning 4-1? What a miserable existence for you.
I enjoy our wins as much because of the pain it causes OleOUTers.

Ole is going nowhere. Quicker you lot accept that, better it will be for your mental health ;)

Mata was MotM for me, but the team was decent over all.

We dominated the game from start to finish, pretty much, but the same problems that have plagued us for years now - the lack of a genuine goal threat - nearly cost us again.
Aye, Mata was my MOTM too. He was bloody brilliant tbf to him. We dominated but Newcastle are absolute cowards under Bruce. Still thought we were fairly poor and disjointed for a good portion of the match even though that'll upset Sammybear1.

DvB turned the game for me, and credit to Ole for his subs and the timing of them. We looked genuinely excellent in the last 20 minutes but it's bloody annoying that we only seem to be able to do it in patches. Credit to AWB, Shaw and Maguire who have been under intense scrutiny. I thought all 3 were excellent. Shaw started a-bit nervy but kicked on and looked good going forward. Considering our next 4 games, we needed a win here. That last 20 minutes should be a great confidence builder. Also fantastic seeing Rashford get on the score sheet and now hopefully the silly Bruno rumours can also be put to bed.

OleOUTers     can’t enjoy our imperious performance, coached to perfection by Ole Gunner Solskjær tonight.

So many patterns of play too.

glorious movement on and off the ball.

Great fitness and character and mettle.

perfectly timed game changing substitutions from manager Solskjær

had the balls to drop Pogba the virus.

got the Maguire selection 100% correct.

Did I miss anything???

fecking joker. We got beat 6-1 at home just last match day and here you have this wannabe top red trying to score points. Get out and take your wannabe manager with you.

Imagine supporting a team that you can’t celebrate with joy for winning 1-4 away from home, under intense pressure? Your hatred is blinding you silly.
Imagine being too afraid of not being seen as a 'top red' and burying your head in the sand.

I am happy we won, but the performance was nowhere near as good as people are making out. For quite long stretches, the game was actually pretty dull. It had a few spark moments, but it was, at best, a decent game.

A lot of teams would have caused trouble playing like that.

The football was ok today. But that will not fool us, we have seen enough in two years now.

Glad we got a result tonight, happy for Ole. We’ve got about six or seven really hard matches in a row now though, if we don’t get results I think his time will be up.

They were 7th. Maybe we made them look bad?
Newcastle have not looked good this season. they have dug out results, but they will be on the wrong side of the table come the end of the season. I am delighted we won, but I think everyone needs to calm down a little and stop throwing insults. We shouldn't judge the manager on this game, but on what happens over the rest of this difficult month.

But he's not wrong. That was not a great performance at all until the last 8 minutes.
Newcastle were utterly awful.

Winning should not blind you to the fact that the nature of the performance was dull for the majority of the match.

We beat a terrible Newcastle side and now people are thinking of a title challenge? Today was better, but we are nowhere near the standard of a title challenger.
In a nornal season I say no but the league is, and will be, a terrible standard this year. If VVD is out then its wide open and I honestly think mid 70s could win the league this season. The schedule is an abomination on the players.
City finished 2nd last year with 81, that isnt a grand total. It wont take much for them to fall into the pack since they only need to drop a few more and for us, Chelsea etc to win 2 or 3 games more to bridge that gap.
Its only Liverpool who set that high standard and they are in trouble if VVD is out aad they are already incredibly leaky at the back as it is.
I think we are still finding our footing and we need to find that flowing attack again and i believe we can get there. This season is all about results. The performances fron everybody will be well below par imo.
This season is wide open. Its going to he madness

Not too sure why the WUM who can only make smart remarks and has no intention of having a rational discussion is constantly let away with it.

Good win but beating Newcastle doesn't save you job in the long run.

Long and hard road ahead in the coming weeks. Will need to see real and consistent improvements.

Maybe not condemn the line up before the ball is kicked?

Everyone of the new ones did well, Mata was MOTM. Embarrassing comment from you
Some people here you wouldn't want them in a fight along side you. They re start moaning and crying before the first shot is fired.

Jesus sammsky this board is not healthy for you.

Good result today. Won't change my opinion on him. But very very happy with the many good performances. Lovely

I am delighted we won (especially with how the other results panned out today), but I am cautious about getting giddy about beating newcastle. Ole will face better managers than Steve Bruce this month and that should answer the question whether he is the man to take us forward. At the moment, I can't see him being the guy to help us challenge for a title.

Fact is though you guys are always conflicted when we win. That's unhealthy.

When we win 4-1, I'll get as giddy as I can. That's the point of enjoying watching your team win.
My emotions are not restrained by the urge to see my team lose so my manager get sacked.

Like Trump's facts? How can I be conflicted if the team I support wins? This felt really really good today. The jury's obviously still out for Ole. A win against a side like this today won't change that. I hope it will in the future though.

Sammsky1, you have a wrong tagline :)
I believe we can win the league with Ole. He is doing a lot of things right on system level. He is not a short term manager.

This pretty much. Exactly how I feel. Doesn't change how utterly happy I am about this result today though and some very good performances from the lads.

The Poch tagline is sarcasm as I don't rate him at all. Wish @Damien would change it!

I totally agree with you on your comment. So long as Ole can navigate the clubs own 5th column's attempt to destabilise the club, I think we'll consolidate this season and challenge strongly next season.

You cant handle the fact that we won and Im celebrating our win?
I am actually very happy, why would I be upset about the team that I support won while scoring some great goals?

Calling Pogba a virus is pathetic.

Ole's done well to get a result today with the team he's had. But seriously, our 6 fixtures is going to be the test. If we get through them with a few wins at least I think he will be okay, he will end up staying till the end of the season.

What? Do you think I was chuffed watching the team I support get destroyed by Spurs? A team managed by Jose? Do you think I enjoyed watching us play catch up after another poor start?

I am delighted that we won and actually scored some goals from open play today, but until there is some consistency I am firmly in the camp that doesn't think the manager is good enough.
