Wanting to overthrow leaders in South America (if not veto'd by the grace of his generals), refusing to cooperate with the world on efforts to quell the corona virus? Empowering far-right movements? Undermining scientific reasoning and consensus?

I'm not one to absolve the previous administrations of their respective plights on the world, but you'd be deluded to say Trump has been better for the world as a whole.

Yes, mail in ballots tend to favor Biden because they have been supporting and encouraging it from the beginning and this is more pro science as it allows better social distancing.
