Hopefully Everton and Villa can win their games this weekend. Spurs x City seems like a 1-1 draw to me.

Yeah, that's a no from me. Hope Fulham can find their form starting with a win tomorrow.

Thought your lot were going to win this one anyway, that just makes it easier. Wonder if Bruce might have been tempted to start Carroll instead of Joelinton, I might've. Not really much difference between them.

Hopefully that's jinxed them into winning.

Watching Keys and Gray on beIN is great fun. Basically Qatari propaganda. Keys just labelled criticism of the World Cup racist.

Just close your eyes, forget your name
I know McMananananananam has a repetitive name, but he doesn't need to repeat literally every point his co-commentator makes.

Nailed on Newcastle win in any case after all the bigging-up they have Chelsea in the build up.

Newcastle have given up already. Had that corner and then just accepted defeat and put every player in their own half. Terrible stuff.

Edit - and there's the Chelsea goal

Chelsea are ticking along nicely at the top, no talk really of them and have the attacking players to win a league

How's this logic panning out? This'll be 3-0

Especially bearing in mind I'm not sure they've even had 90mins with Ziyech, Havertz and Pulisic together yet.

This Newcastle team literally park the bus every time I watch them
Yet Steve Bruce gets defended nearly as much on here as Mourinho.

Thought Newcastle would be fine last season but this season I can see them as outsiders for relegation.

This is what spending £250 million+ in the summer can get you.
Exactly. This was the summer where we should have capitalized even more. It was another missed opportunity to close the gap with Liverpool and City.

Newcastle want Bruce out but they aren’t going to get anyone better. Even when they had a top manager like Rafa best they could manage is 10th. They’re going nowhere but risk replacing Bruce and they risk getting some clown in and going down again. Can’t believe Ashley is still at that club. Bruce will at least get them a good result here and there and I think they’ve bought ok this Summer.
