It's a shame we won't have a packed Old Trafford for the Leeds game after all these years.

Other than the next game I don't see many wins in that run, not in the form our lot are in at the moment anyway

Very tricky run of games after the next one and a lot of games coming thick and fast. West Ham are always annoying as feck and you just know Sheffield United will find some form eventually. The Man City game could just end up being a repeat of the Spurs performance today though.

All the league games are going to be tough, especially Southampton as they played brilliantly against us last season and West Ham always seem to get a result against us.

There’s not really any easy games in there bar maybe Sheff Utd. City stands out as the difficult one in the league but we’re above them right now and should be aiming to keep it that way going into that match. We have a good squad now; we just need one of the forwards to get into good form and we should start getting more points than we have been doing so far.

I really don't know what to expect from tbis side. On paper we should beat Istanbul easily and PSG, soton, Leipzig, City should be tricky but we might get results against those lots and drop points to Istanbul or West ham.

If we carry on being as inconsistent as we have been this season but then go on a run like we did in the final 4 months of last season, winning 9 of our last 13 games then we could make progress this season I think. Our start has been all over the shop but for 3 months last season we were genuinely relegation form so you could argue there’s some progress there...

The 2nd half of the season is the most relevant and this season even more so given how I don’t think there will be a team miles and miles ahead by Christmas like there has been in recent years.

Let’s make sure we’re within 7/8 points off the top by Christmas and start to get a more settled team and if we buy this January as well as we did last, who knows...

We'll beat Istanbul (maybe) and Sheffield (likely).

The rest - a painful reconciliation of poor coaching and management resulting in 6 losses.

By New year, Ole is gone. Quote me on that.

Woah...

I think it'll be DDWLWDLL
I mean I'm hoping we get no injuries and rotate a little but keep a strong spine

Who knows though. I expect a loss but it could be any of the games
It will probably be saints

I’m worried we’ll only win 2 of those 8 games.
We can’t even rely on home advantage either.

Agree with you on this. And its an accurate insight into where our team is right now: unpredictable.
My hope is that now the squad is properly match fit, it gets more cohesion and confidence, and soon makes the next step up into consistency.

Well we play crap against poorer clubs so maybe it’s a good thing we’re playing clubs that will come out and not just sit back

I don't think the "unpredictable " tag is good for us in the long term. We have to be consistent in beating these so called bad teams.

We are where we are.

I believe we will that ‘Consistency’ soon, albeit this season will be turbulent because of the intensity of games.

No way was it worse than the 1-0 defeat to West Brom at.Old Trafford on the last.day of the season and LvG's last league game on charge of United.

But yeah, it was dire.
No but this hasn't had any get me up games for a long time. Ole needs to go.
