How did you manage to throw an NPC off the map

The lava cave in boiling bay had a couple of tricky captures

I'll stick it in a spoiler because it happened during a story mission.

It was the bodybuilder guy, Chumbo or whatever, where he gives you the grappling hook. You're meant to launch your trap over to this far rock where there's a bug, and then grapple it back. At the exact moment I hit R2 to launch the trap, he went flying over there with it.

I was so angry for about five minutes before I thought of running back to the main village

I just flogged my PS4 for 250 quid online, I’m a bit worried they thought it was the pro it has 1TB storage and lots of games and controllers, I’m a bit worried though.

2 controllers and 6 game’s (3 decent new games and 3 older ones), its a 1tb one but I’m worried they thought they were getting the pro? I mean that’s an awful lot of money for a PS4, I obviously never said anything about the pro on the ad, but I hope they aren’t super disappointed when they get it.

PS4 controllers are expensive. Someone I know sold a Slim last week for £150. You got one extra controller and six other games too. Just look at the sold prices on eBay for them. They still are fetching a decent price.

Interesting! Thanks for that I don’t feel like I’m ripping someone off now! It’s a 1tb one too so it’s decent to be fair.

How do you guys add a ps plus game to your library when you don't have the console? I want to get Bugsnax in my library before it disappears from PS now but I don't seem to have the option when I log into my Playstation Account on my laptop?

The only issue I had was that I had plugged the cables in the wrong way around, so it hung a few times like yours. Once I get it the right way around (PS4 & PS5 plugged into same router for me) it worked perfectly.

Got it now, was an interject connection problem. Sometimes mine is rubbish and only get like 400kbs so needed to wait until it bumped up to 8.9mbs for it to work but still had to wait a while

Yes I am, it looks a lot sharper and obviously it loads in a lot quicker rather than being stuck in the clouds for what seemed like forever on PS4

Same, I beat the game and never looked back, the gameplay is so boring, so is the gameplay in RDR2 and still some fawn over it.

To be fair I love Red Dead but more for the detailed world they have built over anything else which is still incredible. In GTA all you can really do is drive around.

Looking forward to the PS5 version being released as it's one of only two games I play.

Most likely because the online function. Still going strong today and Rockstar are raking in the money.

The controls feel so janky now. I've a mate that plays it and always wants me to party up but the movement and controls put me off every time.

I thought it was pretty decent but not the best game I ever played back then on the PS3. Comparing it to it’s previous titles, nowhere near as good as San Andreas imo.

Oh I’m with you there. Sam Andreas just has the fun factor that GTA 5 doesn’t compare to! Also there’s something quite glorious about putting on flying cars cheat and having a police chase in the sky

Oooh okay that’s a bold claim and I can’t agree with that. I do love RDR2, brilliant story, incredible world and just a great era (I’m a big western fan). The movement in Tsushima is excellent as is the combat but the depth of gameplay and story in Red Dead is on a completely different level IMO. The only criticism I do get is the clunky rockstar movement but personally I think it fits in well with the slower pacing of RDR2.

On that note I really hope they do a PS5 update as I’d love to play it again with improved graphics/60fps. Have Rockstar said anything on this front?

What depth of gameplay? It's ride your horse to target then shoot up mission.

It’s just an exceptional physics engine that makes shooting people feel satisfying IMO. I get what you mean but I just love the game. They spent 8 years making it and for me it shows.

Tbh I haven't enjoyed a shooting game for years, also ghost setting of war really hit home for me, it felt so real.
