I think that sum is low even though I know no sensible club will be eager to pay higher. But 50m + Bentancur will look more fair

What will he be remembered for here. Highest transfer..and that's it. He's done nothing to be remembered for positively. I just hope the Glazers don't put a stupid fee on him and he's here for another 12-18 months.

How do you know Pogba seriously lacks in professionalism and dedication? We'll know these intangible things with how he fares on different team/League.
Are you serious? Could come up with plenty of examples but these comments of his agent on the night before our most important game this season speaks for itself. Raiola is paid millions by Pogba to represent him.

He'll also be remembered for getting Jose Mourinho the sack.

Despite the fact that Pogba had the two best seasons of his life under Jose.

Bruno Fernandes | Audio leaked of midfielder saying poor attitude teammates should ‘f*** off’ from Sporting.

"They spend a year here getting money, and then they f*** off, bro. Shit attitude bro, for f**** sake."

"What do we want? We don’t beat anyone and we want what? Applause in all games? That’s all I needed, bro! Come and cheer us always! We lost at home against Famalicão and we want to be applauded… Applauded? Brother, go play with your c**k."
Pogba gets his fat minion to do the dirty work, Bruno scalds his team mates for being shit. More Bruno's, less Pogba's. Sell him ASAP.

He’s surplus to requirements at United now anyway, an expensive squad player. What a d*ck to pull this stunt the week of a crucial CL game. Just drop him from first team squad, stick a 75m price tag on him and if nobody buys him he should be “Ozil-ed”.

You can’t “ozil” him as it’ll ultimately be used as a stick to beat the manager with. A couple losses or games where we lack creativity and you’ll have people come out and say “bring Pogba back” blah blah. Completely forgetting the feelings they had for him ages ago.

Sorry but you really can’t absolve him of blame for his agents actions, Pogba employs him
I'm not, but he isn't the one blabbing and saying he wants to leave - he's still trying his best too. If the agent hadn't said anything we would be non the wiser at the moment.

From most accounts Pogba isn't being disruptive but the agent is and that's the biggest issue.

Once again SAF ends up being right on a player. I loved Pogba's best moments for us, but the relationship is a net-negative. Sometimes a player can go on to be a worldie that is the envy of every oppo fan. We parted with pogba and should never have looked back. I'll back Ole on transfers, he knows what he's doing in that dept. But it's time to kick Pogba to the curb.

I think the point is his agent wouldn't be saying these things unless Pogba was ok with it. Mino has been spouting this crap for years, and clearly Pogba has never told him to stop. As a result, anything his agent says now is equivalent to Pogba saying it.

Think it's the fat prick SAF was bang on the money, rather than Pogba.

Pogba never seemed to fit in anywhere, could never find his place in the team, and even to this day, it's still an argument as to what position is actually best for him. If he wants to go to Juventus, adios, but he'll have same expectations there as when he came here. That teams getting on and needs a massive rebuild.

I'm not sure Raiola waits for anybody's permission to talk, but he obviously has the green light from Pogba and they've decided he wants to go - it is what it is.

I would have lost sleep over it 2 years ago but lets be honest with Bruno in the team the quality isn't a huge drop off, we just need to replace him with a GOOD player.

He is 100% responsible for everything Raiola says. He even pays him millions a year to say these things. He is responsible for everything Raiola says as he is literally employed by him.If he was not in agreement he should come out and says so and not post something about his and his colleagues hair.

10 fecking Pogba threads on the first page. This circus needs to leave town, preferably in January if we can find a good replacement for then.

Well yeah, he's had enough chances to shut the talk down so it's clear he wants to leave. The club should just let him go this January as long as Juventus or whoever it is pay a fair price - but this is the issue, they're all going to think United will give him away for nothing and lowball us. We end up with either a shite offer or an unhappy player. Bad situation all round really.

He'd be at Juve already if it wasn't for Covid. Will do better there, we'll be better without. He needs a slower paced league to get the best out of him and that's the main issue IMO.

50m would be great.
We’ll be better without providing we find a suitable replacement

What a mediocre PL career he's had. You could probably name at least 50 better central midfielders(DM and AM included) just in the PL era.

I wonder if we could get a poll on whether people want Pogba to be sold? I'd be curious to see what percentage of the caf actually wants him to stay at this point.

Should get absolutely smashed in training for this shite. Beyond disrespectful.
Id feckin love to be a United player right now. I'd smash the feck out of him in training.

I'm not sure there will be many other clubs that will want him given the antics of him and his agent over the last three years.

Very poor show from our weak club to have allowed it to continue too. From top to bottom we lack leaders to deal with this sort of thing. Fergie showed how you deal with viruses like this one. Out the door on a free. Get rid!

Thats exactly what Pogba would love, so not the best of responses.

Saying get rid of Pogba, when he is the one who actually wants out, doesn't make us look strong!

Sell him to Juve, form an agreement with Madrid and maybe Barca to forego all Raiola clients entirely. Pretty sure both us and Perez hate him. If Haaland wants it bad enough, he'll change agents.

On never mind then let's lose out on tens of millions of pounds because you think we look weak. Great idea.

The club already made the mistake by letting it get to this point without either selling him already or extending his contract to increase his sell on value.

He employs him. He has done this too many times for pogba to not stop it.

How do you think the convos go?

Pogba: mino you sloth what you doing im PP
Raiola: sorry PP

Rinse and repeat?

Nah, he'd fit in seamlessly at a club that dominates a slow, technical league.

He'd thrive at a club like PSG or even Real, basically anywhere that he can convince himself is the pinnacle of his career.

Of course it does. If someone doesn't want to be here and continuously makes noises and you continue to play them it makes you look weak. Ferguson was questioned once about playing Rafael in midfield over Pogba and he was out the door. Thats proper leadership. No nonsense "I'm the boss" approach. Anything else is weakness.

Sounds like the deal is probably in place already - especially with the bullish way Raiola is talking recently.

I think he's been waiting for the best time to stab Solskjaer with this, and chose the eve of the biggest game of our season so far. Bastard.

I think it's been obvious Pogba wanted out for a while but at least he's remained semi professional, but the agent is just a bad man.
As i said in another post, to think Pogba hasn’t given Raiolas statement the go ahead is naive, but yeah, he’s a very bad man.

Come on Mino, get this over the line. Can't wait until he's out now.

Fully expecting Ole to call Pogba out when he's inevitably asked about Raiola's comments. Club needs to take a no nonsense approach here.

People who expect sudden replacement for Pogba will be very disappointed. Our dealings on the market are slow and often chaotic. That's the thing I'm worried more than this entire circus.

I think Pogba has made it clear he wants to leave, but even he can't surely expect the timing of this to be a good idea. I have a feeling he tells Ole 1 thing and the agent the other.

Unfortunately Ole probably trusts him, and the agent can't help but blab at every public opportunity he gets - and he clearly has it in for Solskjaer after their last public row.

It's just all very sad to see, I have no idea why Pogba wants to leave and what he's expecting, perhaps he was so used to walking the title with Juventus before that he just expects it to fall into his lap?
