I much preferred it when Lukaku was giving the thumbs up to Lingard for a pass that missed him by about 20 yards because of his poor movement and Lingards terrible pass.
That was terrible. I always fumed when they do that back then.

Lukaku thumbs up were hilarious! There were times when Lukaku was delighted the ball never reached him because it would have bounced off him like a brick wall. Hence he was thanking Lingard for the crap pass so he didn’t have to get embarrassed himself

Clash of ethnicity.

Bruno's portugese latino fiery mouth vs Nemanja's balkan feck you i won't do what you tell me.

Just the way we ride in the balkans.

Bruno is a passionate and vocal character on the pitch and Matic is super 'ard. They were simply reminding one another of that small fact.

Nothing will come of it, I'm sure they were showering together and repeatedly slapping eachothers backsides after the game.

If this is indeed a problem, it's a very solvable one really, Matic can play with the under16 from now on.
Good thinking, those young lads could use a super 'ard Serbian pushing them around, it'll put hair on their chests.

Weren’t there also allegedly rumours of a bust up between the both of them in the dressing room during halftime of the 1-6 Spurs game?

Fernandes does a lot of pointing of fingers and cussing and bawling people out on the pitch and also from what we’re hearing in the dressing room.

All well and good when you’re top dog in a substandard sporting Lisbon side but when you’re telling multiple trophy winners like matic at the end of their careers what to do I can’t imagine it goes down very well.
You're not going to last long on here, keep the delusional, idiotic posts coming.

I have been on the same page as Bruno about Matic. Matic has been dreadful, even first half he wasn’t that good. Second half was better and played well. We need more players to do this, to wake them up. I even don’t mind if someone do it to Bruno as well if Bruno keeps giving the ball away too many times. Everyone should do it to each other when players are not doing their job or making wrong decision making so players can step up when having poor game.
Imagine World Cup winner Pogba giving it to Bruno. The CAF will be absolutely tasty after that.

This is a good thing to see, to be honest we haven't been seeing enough of it over the last few years.

How obsessed are you Liverpool fans? I can never imagine going to one of your forums to register and WUM like that, it's embarrassing.

It’s about time. It doesn’t matter what level of football you play, whether it’s Sunday League or Premier League, you need characters and competitors on the pitch if you’re going to succeed.

As long as it doesn’t boil over into disrespectful behaviour or create a risk-averse/intimidating environment it should be encouraged

If everyone worked as hard as Bruno and cared as much as him, we would be clear at the top of the table right now.

Bruno probably pisses off a lot of his team mates because he's often mouthing about on the pitch. But I wouldn't change him - and the vid is probably just frustration from Matic.

Waiting for the FA to ban Matic over violent conduct.

Not sure if you've noticed but Bruno is the big boy on campus in our team.
He's every right to point out everyone else's foibles.

 Dude!

Yeah, they'll make up with each other later on. Nothing news. Both are professional enough.

I like that Matic gave him a piece of his mind back. Bruno should learn to trust his teammates more and do his own required job

Just because he is Serbian he is considered 'ard ?
You decide.

Nemanja was building a shed when he broke his hammer on a particularly stubborn nail, rather than head to the store to buy a new one, he used his forehead as a replacement 'cos so 'ard. Or so the story goes.

Yup.
Ole subbed both of them at half-time I recall... or not?

Then again this is Bruno we're talking about, we've only seen him clashes with two players on the pitch - Lindelof and Matic so far. Off the pitch, in the dressing rooms and training, I'm sure this happened more.

Should he feck.

He's a massive leader on the pitch and drags players up levels by demanding more from them. We've tolerated dozy as feck players half arsing their jobs for years since Fergie left and it's refreshing in the extreme to see us building a squad that doesn't accept that anymore.

Nah it's good to have someone on the pitch constantly demanding high standards. One of teh reasons Fwerandes has improved us so much imo.

I can imagine he's an annoying prick to be on the same team as at times but nothing wrong with that if it means the team plays better.

Nemanja once strangled a man with a cordless phone. Or so the story goes.

I’d agree he’s the most influential player you have alongside Rashford at present, but that’s irrelevant. My point is he’s won a lot less than other players on that team and that will impact on how more experienced colleagues with bigger trophy hauls will view him when he’s bollocking them for supposedly not doing their jobs on the pitch.

Imagine you’re a Pogba with a World Cup to your name. Or a matic nearing the end of your career having won pretty much every trophy at club level. You’d have to be less than human not to be resentful if he starts bollocking you on the pitch.

Whether or not it has an impact on the dressing room cohesion is an entirely different question and dependent on a number of factors, such as whether you continue to win games and whether the manager is strong enough to smooth the ruffled egos. Disagreements won’t matter so long as the team is winning, which is key.

Happens all the time. I don't see any problem. Don't you remember Loris and Son hitting at each other on the pitch for Spurs?
