Good performance, great result.

We kept on going, calmly, after the dodgy VAR decisions (Maguire one was especially ridiculous).

Again the final ball and finishing let us down - if we can get the forwards firing again like last year then we'll be formidable.

Great win. Poor match but nerve racking all the same. Some terrible decisions and Burnley just play awful stuff.

We got the goal and somehow got the win. This is just one of those games that you just have to grind out. Pain in the arse team to play against, didn't look like it would happen for ages, but we got it. It's a massive win. Not a classic, but the job got done.

Despite referee doing his best against us we manage to get a well deserved win. With couple of scary minutes we were in control whole game. Great to see!

I would say that everyone did their part even if I expected little more from Marital and Rashford in last 3rd. Pogba and Bailly maybe best playes. What a comeback Bailly is having. Pogba have been playing better and better.

Tough match as always, never going to moan about a scrappy 1-0 against these. And Mees attempted clearances from Maguires "goal" was sensational.

"We don't let this slip"!
I'm gonna have to report this post.

I’m glad it’s over & done with. Burnley are a proper spanner in the works. TBH we absolutely deserved the win considering the chances & possession we had. It wasn’t beautiful but hey who cares!

Fantastic match by Pogba, even before the goal. We were in total control for about 99% percent of the match, cant remember the last time that happened.

To quote Inbetweeners:

"When people ask me if I like fotball I say yes, I do like football. But not Burnley. Burnley can f*ck off."

So good to see Bruno is not center of things today but some other picked the baton and ran the team

If Bailly and Pogba can maintain that form it’ll be like two new, fresh players

need something to happen upfront

Proud of the lads. They looked fecked at the end. I still think Ole is terrible at timing/using his subs in general.
Martial, Matic, and Shaw will definitely need some physio love the next few days!

Bailly exceptional again.

In fairness to him... Pogba was brilliant as well.

Tough game, against a dreadful team.

An excellent result and in the end a massive relief it must be said. Not because they were piling on pressure, but because it felt that game of anti-football would never end.

We looked a hell of a lot better in the second half which was badly needed after the first where we were too passive and let Burnley break up the game too much. Having said that, the Maguire goal should never have been disallowed.

Anyway great goal, Pogba was very good all game so he deserved the goal. I was pleased to see a pass of Rashford's actually come off when he got that assist and his passing was otherwise awful that game and he wasn't great at all. Martial could have settled the game for a us a couple of times too so that was also disappointing it must be said.

But we're 3 points clear at the top! Can't remember the last time I've gotten to say that! I'll enjoy it.

It does indeed especially since my family supports Liverpool. Can't wait to rub it in their face on Sunday if we beat them!

Without doubt the sort of game we could easily have dropped points in.

Not a single shot on target conceded. Brilliant away from home against any team.

Ignore some poor Burnley finishing late on.

9 out of 11 played great.
Rashford not at the races, but still got the assist.
Martial poor.

Burnley are at shithouse club of cnuts.

We are top of the league, we are top of the league!

Rashfords body language today was horrific. He seemed uninterested in playing on the right wing.

The rest of the players get a 10 for effort tonight and we deserved the win.

Standout performances from many of them on a night where they stood tall.

The hunger we saw to win in the last 10 minutes is what we've longed to see for so long.

Enjoy tonight guys! Special mention for that Luke Shaw header clearance. I've been his biggest critic but he's earnt some praise today!

Another bunch of game raisers that have cheated their fans with only 16 points in the league all season.

We played at Burnley’s pace in the first half I thought, brought down to Burnley’s level. Second half better but it all seemed to stop when we hit the eight defenders. Super strike from Pogba and Bailly was excellent. Martial suddenly decreased was injured after he missed a sitter was funny.

I’m really not a fan of the Pogba - Matic axis in midfield, but that was superb from both players. Calm on the ball, intelligent in screening the back four, plenty of fight, and quality line breaking passes and runs. Thought they were outstanding.

Shit that Burnley style are destructive. Really good win, well controlled and a perfect match from Pogba!

Only negatives... Martial and Rashford, they need to get back in the game and concentrate. Nice to see Cavani back but he should have scored 1 maybe 2 goals.

Great. We have a good team...but I still feel we have too many attackers playing together...all of them playing narrow, looking for the ball to come into them rather than supplying the ball. The only way this doesn't happen is if we have 2 all around superb midfielders who can recycle possession, consistently make incisive passes and tackle.

The dinosaurs that got off the island in Fallen Kingdom went to Burnley.

We went up a couple of gears in the second half, I thought Matic and especially Pogba really controlled things and got us playing at a higher tempo. We didn't see the game out as comfortably as I'd hope but this team is learning and this is a hurdle we'd have stumbled at a year ago, good stuff from Ole and the team!
