Replacing Taylor with soneone up to 5,1. Saiss or Stones? What do you think? Is Stones first choice now?
I think with tonight he's started something like 7 out of the last 8 in the league.

No idea why he has overtaken Laporte as he was their star man!

What helps in the double is that they have an FA cup tie in the middle where they can rotate.

City's next five look unreal.

Problem with the City CBs is they offer relatively little attacking threat.

Honestly I don't think I'd be much worse off points wise had I left my team as it was with half the players not playing. My free hit has backfired massively

Yep. Checked Stones record and I think he's scored about 1 in the league in about 6-7 years.

Which makes him scoring against us in the league cup even more annoying.

You got greedy thinking about attacking rewards didn't you :)
Yep. I’d still be quite positive if the Leeds game wasn’t cancelled. That’s basically ruined my bench boost and made this free hit pretty useless.

Lookman with a nice assist.
Scouted by me on this very thread :)

Obviously I didn't put him in.

I need 9 from Smith and Leno to win in cup. Depending on Arsenal. Excellent. Bloody excellent.
I hope that Smith will not play and with Ampadu on the bench i am gold

Kane will be the marginal best captain of the game week then. But not by much really.
Son 2 pointer. Dier conceded.

But glad Tottenham lost real life points :)

Happy with captain Kane! Thought it would be hard for Spurs, but did not trust other options more.

Tomorrow we will see if captain Tierney would have been better. I was slightly tempted as I do not have Lacazette.

Only watched the last 25 but he barely got a kick. Did he have many chances earlier?
Seems Son had 3-4 good chances and De Bruyne had the same and obviously the last min pen nonsense.

I'm glad KDB didn't come out too badly overall.

My score will be a mess this week. I'm on 39 less then -4 hit so need Smith Rowe to produce to get 40.

Won't check how that compares in my league until after tomorrow. But unless someone had triple United defence, or has some Arsenal players who haul tomorrow it's not been the carnage it could have been with only 7-8 players!

Fecking Son missing a one on one and being offside for the assist :( Glad I didn’t load Spurs defenders in my Free Hit.

Happy with that as a KDB captainer and Kane owner. Decision only had a difference of 2 points in the end, was looking scary with 25 gone
Yep. Kept hearing Son missing chances and hitting the post too!
Then that 90th min goal ruled out with his assist. Phew.

Spurs did not attack much. It was very poor from them. Son more chances than Kane.

I think free hit has not worked like most people hoped for. We have barely had any goals.

Punts like Sterling totally failed as did Cavani, Martial. Rashford and Foden worked well for some, but no monster scores for anyone.

I hope that Arteta will not rest Smith and give him 20 minutes

Best possible outcome from the Spurs game. Spurs dropping points against an awful team, Son and Dier blanking, Reguilon and Kane(c) with 8 shiny points.

40 points with Saka and Holding (hopefully) playing tomorrow. Happy with that, considering I went into the game week with 8 players, Brewster being one of them.

Exactly. I was just checking (because of cup) goals scored and conceded. I have only one player who scored. My oppo too. And it is Kane for both of us

I don't really care too much if Spurs drop points. Feel they are fighting for top 4 only and not the title.

We should be fighting for the title this season hopefully.

I got Saka and Tierney to come, and I bet they’ll get one or two points and Arsenal lose, knowing my luck

I‘ll take solace in watching the AFTV meltdown if that happens though.

43 with Lacazette to play. Should be ok for my cup game as well.

No mega scores so far has probably saved those who burned their chips earlier in the season.

I always care about Spurs/Mou dropping points. Can’t wait for the inevitable implosion.

Pleased to at least get the right captain Kane on the free hit, although would have had him anyway.

In the cup it is ridiculously tight. I have 50 points versus my opponent’s 52. Both have Saka left, but I have Holding too. In terms of tiebreakers, we have both scored a single goal, but he has conceded four to my three so far. Ridiculously, if Holding starts, but concedes once and gets no further points, we would both have 52 + Saka’s points, have the same goals scored (1 + Saka’s) and the same goals conceded (5). Could well be a coin toss!

They're only 6 points behind and we play Liverpool next. It was superb they dropped points tonight.
There's no guarantee we won't still be battling for top 4 as we haven't beaten any big teams yet.

UK, hun?
Who are potential options for attackers? Currently on Kane, Bamford and Martial but the latter's current yips probably ends that little experiment. I'm seeing lots of Antonio but I've already got Coufal, and doubling on Moyes smells like a recipe for disaster.

It is open the race, but feel like City is the team to beat.
They feel solid to grind out narrow wins now.

We could beat them still, but need to keep up the form.
