Had we lost against Spurs, Utd could have sat above us in the league with their game in hand. Ole above Klopp. Just think about that without letting your head explode. :houllier:

Rio was right, put that contract on the table and let Ole put whatever numbers he wants on it.
Put it on the table is right...

No better team to lose to - Klopp is going to moan about anti-football. Love the result but, man wish that was us that had broken their home record.
Doesn't matter. By the way, Burnley breaking their record after almost 50 years not winning there is hilarious.

Seriously speaking, if you get a Tuchel or similar in now I'm give you a chance of winning the league. The players are doing a great job, just need some direction other than 'give it Fernandes, lad'. I would love Ole to be given a five year contract here and now! Love it! :)

Sky doing their best to convince us how good this Liverpool side have been over 3 or 4 years

4 years ago they finished 17 points behind Chelsea
3 years ago ok they made the UCL final but they finished 25 points behind City only getting top 4 on the final day IIRC

They've had 2 exceptionally good seasons

Na, Ole is the league destroyer at the minute. Its like 10 points dropped to non top 6 teams in 12 months or something stupid.

Woohoo Burnley.

Who knows how long it will last but sure does feels like the good old days, laughing at Liverpools results while being top of the league.

That couple mins of Barnes winning the penalty, converting it and Minamino coming on was utterly divine.

Burley is such a tough team, so hard to score against them. Pool is definitely not out of form in their overall play as pundits keep saying. But, they definitely run into a situation that non-forward players can not stand up to score goal. Unbelievable, but it draws my smile.

It’s patterns of play. 142 crosses in the last 4 league games. It’s a philosophy

yes. The way they play is to produce constant chaos in the opponent’s box. When the opponent doesn’t panic, it probably will weigh on themselves a little bit “panic” or rush or whatever it is when shooting.
