Since when did Matt Ryan play for Arsenal?
One of the most understated transfers in modern times  He wasn’t even linked until the announcement. Don’t think AFTV or Arse Mania even talked about him before they loaned him.

Would love to see Arsenal get destroyed but a draw is probably the best result for us.

We were totally out on our feet on Wednesday, West Ham were just strolling past us at times so would've shaken up the engine room in midfield a bit more and left out Barkley and McGinn to give them a breather.

Not sure choosing to leave out Luiz out of the three will prove the right call but we'll see.

Surprised Arsenal haven't freshened up aswell and put in Auba and Odegaard giving they had just 9 men for a quarter of the midweek game.

Expect a pretty manic second half I think!

I have no faith whatsoever that the club doctors will give a genuine diagnosis for these concussion subs.

"important player at the beginning of the game"? No concussion. "Winning the game with a few minutes left"? Concussion.

Yeah absolutely needs an independent assessment.

There may well be pressure put on the club doctor, but it depends how bad a concussion it is. If it's bad it won't do them any good keeping someone on!

At least with the ability to bring someone else on, clubs won't risk someone's health so they don't go down to ten if other subs have been used.

The more time goes on, you wonder how reckless the old days were when they didn't even have any subs at all.

Likewise. Seems curious to me there is now at least two clash of heads every game. Have a feeling any head contact, you're told to stay down.

The quality of players at Arsenal at the moment is atrocious. I don’t think Arteta will ever be good enough but he’s at such a disadvantage with the amount of players who just constantly make individual mistakes down to quality.
