Very good by Klopp. That's how it should be, players, managers, club officials calling out these "fans"
This never fixes the issue does it? As long as there's complete anonymity and zero repercussions for online abuse, it's going to continue.

Thought he got the team massively wrong in both legs. His team selections have been off this season but I think that comes with the territory when you're struggling.

According to Lineker last night, Liverpool has had 139 shots on goal and only 3 goals scored at Anfield this season!! That's got to be some Guinness book of records?
It'll be this calendar year for the goals.
Bearing in mind they beat Leeds 4-3 very early season for starters!

You didn't say in open play. And two of the four were pens.

The stat will be about 2021 anfield goals.
Regardless it's shockingly bad. Imagine United fans putting up with that? We are the 2nd highest goal scorers, on a re-build and 2nd in the league -- yet half the fan base wants Ole sacked.
Klopps a lucky sod. Or maybe he knew something about the expectations and the toxicity of the United fan base before turning down the job.

Well ending their 30 year wait for title and Cl trophy might have something to do with it. If Ole does same with United some of Our supporters would give him job for life it seems.

Yep they've had a disaster of a season. 6 defeats at home in a row!
Thank goodness they went out last night as i had visions of them getting through Chelsea and then having a 50-50 game to win it.

Hope someone keeps them out of top 4 now. Though us aside they have a great run in.

They do have a relatively easy run-in otherwise it's the Icarus on the Mersey.

I just pray to the footballing god that they don't get CL football. EL would do them nicely.

Is there a scenario where they go into the Europa Conference? It would be great to see them exerting themselves against Apoel Nicosia and San Marino every Thursday night

Doubtful, their record in Europe would put them straight through to the group stages.

Yes.

No team goes into the group stages automatically.

No teams will qualify directly to the group stage, with 10 teams eliminated in the Europa League play-offs and the rest coming from the Europa Conference League qualifiers. The winners of the competition are awarded a position in the Europa League the following season, unless they qualify for the Champions League
Its could be the team who wins the league cup- if spurs win it and fail to qualify for the Europa league.

But its most likely going to the team who finishes 7th.

I think I understand them less than you to be honest. Better to ignore me I think.
I just want to see Liverpool in an even more inferior version of the Europa League, slugging it out with shit clubs in Kazakhstan and the Faeroe Islands, on Thursday nights.

Ok, come on Chelsea/Villa/Everton etc.
I think we also need Spurs to start winning and finish 6th

Decent response to the questions concerning ESL. He made it clear that he's not a fan.

Sort of he responded as well as he could of course. But he didn't half play the victim card in regards to Leeds' TShirts and Neville's You'll Never Walk Alone comments the day before.

True, but he was always going to defend the players. I’m glad Neville didn’t respond in kind, now isnt the time for two prominent figures in the premier league to be going at it. They can go back to hating each other after this travesty is hopefully ended.

What did he say about the T-shirt’s and Neville?
I don't remember the exact quote, but he felt that the t-shirts were unnecessary seeing as neither him nor his players knew about the ESL.

I didn't read the Neville comments.

Annoyed Leeds put them in the Liverpool changing room and I think the comment about the club motto was in response to Nevilles comments yesterday, which I think he perceived as an attack. Which whilst it may have come across like that it definitely wasn’t. I think klopps goal was to reiterate the players and the institution aren’t responsible for this.

This is the most important thing to realise in my opinion! Alot of clubs names and history, also attached to players and staff, are going to be dragged through the mud in the name of greedy owners doing what they do best, being greedy. This hate and disdain should be turned upon the people who's name is in print on any documentation leading to the foundation of all this!

There are still hundreds, if not thousands, that this will affect purely on being aligned with these clubs in a working sense. He is bang on the head here, blame the individuals and not the institutions!

I doubt the shirts were aimed at him or his players. More so the owners of the 12 clubs involved

Why has klopp taken this as people are blaming him and the players for what’s going on. Thought it was weird in his earlier interview, but he’s brought it up again.

It’s not their fault....
