Applaud the fans and the model yes not the clubs they have nothing to do with this. Just watch some of the meetings between Hoeness and the fans to see that they also see them being in the way.
But in the strictest legal sense do UEFA have a leg to stand on? Aren't all these confederations voluntary organizations and certainly those 12 would argue that they the right to organize their own tournament to rival the CL?
