Back in my youth I would see such things and get so sad. I would show it to pro Israeli friends who would say "It's a war, what did you expect, bouquet of roses?". I don't even bother anymore.

It's clearly Israeli soldier and a very young lad. The strangulation is horrific to watch and he takes his time. Not a rage or anything but calm and calculated.

@Deery - I would delete it altogether. The video was from Sweden and took place in 2015. The boy is 9 years old and was abused by the police as shown for skipping a train fare.
