Leclerc being as much an idiot as Perez was with Norris.

You're taking a stupid risk trying to pass on the outside of these corners. Deal with it.

Lewis has damage, Bottas told not to overtake, that is a bullshit call.
It really isn't. Norris is gaining and would overtake Hamilton as well, maximum for the team here means keeping Bottas behind Hamilton (as well as helping Hamilton's title battle).

Crossing the white line penalty’s is a bit pedantic isn’t it, I can remember the days when you’d have a last second dive into the pits and the only lines you had to watch for was on the way out

Red Bull is so dominant here, and unlike when Mercedes had this level, red bull only have one driver. If this continues it will be boring, with zero competition.

Great performance from Max. Pole, win and fastest lap.
Top drive by Russell and shame about 10th.
But yet another fantastic day for Lando. Becoming a serious force in F1.
Let's hope that McLaren will have a winning car next year.

Great stuff for Lando to get on the podium again, especially after his harsh penalty. The penalties all around today were absolute shite btw.

Shame for Russell at the end there. I love Alonso but it was a rare time I was cheering for someone else.

Bottas may have gotten a very timely second place for his Mercedes career.

Shouldn't really have any effect though. Mercedes should be planning for the future. And that is not with Bottas.

If McLaren can't take the next step forward, could we see Norris in the Mercedes when Hamilton retires? (Assuming Russell has replaced Bottas)

Would be great if McLaren can get in the mix next season to be challenging for race wins
