I’ve been looking at this friendly between Hibs d Arsenal tonight as well as the Champions League games tonight.

Also starting to do my research into the Olympics (mainly football) which is getting underway on the 24th. Spain have such. Good squad and look pretty good @ 4.0 to win it outright.

Even though we'll have Auba, Laca and ESR there should be a lot of youngsters involved in defense and in goal. Bit tricky and no idea in what sort of shape Hibernian are.

Good on you. Onkonkwo just signed his new contract and got promoted to the first team. After that first half and that goal it looks like we've done it again ! He looks worse than Runarsson

There’s a horse running the night 10.05 Saratoga, Golden Pal, no price yet, think will be short ( will let you know if decent ), but if wins tonight will go shorter for the nunthorpe at York (20th August) 9/2 the now, Wesley Ward says it’s his best ever, I have lumped a couple of times, entirely up to you but if the weather stays dry I think should be a steering job for Frankie/Irad jr and a lump job for us. (remember ante post rules, got fingers burnt at Ascot)

Pray for a week like this week at York weather, a wise nice rock hard surface then it’s blast off!!!!! Went back in again just before the off last night, was still 9/2 checked betting after, it’s been taken off I reckon it’ll go 15/8 - 7/4, dry week and could go odds on, if gets the ground a think it’ll break the course record, don’t care long as it wins.

On Riga DNB tomorrow v Shkendija in Conference league @1.7-8. I've got about evens fair price for win. No massive info or anything just a ratings bet. Riga got very good foreigners, very experienced and played a much higher level. I don't rate Macedonia sides, have a big home bias with the weather and really struggle away. Braimi the dangerman, bar that they are a very poor side. Riga should win if they play alright. Got a few other bets in it for tomorrow, this is my favourite though. New competition so unsure exactly how high teams motivation are for it so reluctant to go too big on bets for it.

On Bolivar -1.25 tonight too. Have it closer to -1.75/-2. Oriente not been at decent altitude since April when they lost 5-2 to Strongest. They could have scored 8 that game. Bolivar been in bad form but just fired their manager and have 7 starters coming back into the team tonight. Ramos and Rey both coming back in who are key players. Can be a big score if they get an early one. Should say that I'm on the worst run I can remember this month so follow as your own peril.

Bet lost, 1-1 ft. My curse continues. Think it was about 9-0 chances. Oriente did nothing but score a random pen. We missed one as well as 3/4 sitters. Never had a period like this. Probably lost 20+ great bets this month to complete freak stuff.

In the long run it will smooth out but that is a ridiculous sequence. Could be bias but feels in covid era teams are failing to convert dominance & chances into goals, maybe lack of focus or something. Watched highlights and couple of shocking misses from Bolivar, tried their hardest to feck up the goal too

Yeah should turn soon, bad variance can’t last forever. Its mind numbing to go through though, 12+ hours of work every day to lose money daily due to randomness.

On Ajax +0.5 and win tomorrow v Bayern. I have them favourites for the game. Bayern missing pretty much entire team. Upamecano and Choupa should be the only first teamers basically and then the rest is kids/B team. Zirkzee will be involved too actually. Will be the same team as against Koln I think. That game could have ended 5-4. Expecting a similarly open and wild game tomorrow but ajax have much more quality so should win the game.

Edit : on dc at evens and win @3.7
Good shout, thanks. Put a bit on the win too.
No worries. Hopefully have some more bets for 2nd legs next week.

Yeah especially hard to accept when it's your job. Been a long-time lurker in these threads and made good profit down the years on your tips so much appreciated. Couldn't get on Ajax in time but looks like you beat the market again by a distance, hope no feckery from them now

Hearing Hamilton are playing 16/17 year olds v Albion rovers seemingly Hamilton first team squad riddled with covid Albion rovers are 10/1 could be worth a bet, was just a message I got, so entirely up to you.

Bayern team as expected, 11 kids on bench. They subbed entire bench at HT last game, hoping for the same again. Ajax team stronger than expected, Gravenberch starting and other Intys back on the bench. Berghuis starts too. Ajax really should win, if it ends up with their starting 11 against Bayerns bench for 2nd half they should win that half by 2+.

Albion rovers were 2-0 up then Hamilton brought it back to 2-2 and won on penalties , must’ve been lot of money put on Albion Rovers were 10/1 Friday night and ended 2/1. Nearly sorry to anyone who bet.

Annoying game, DC won but SW lost. Ajax much better side first 30, should have been 2/3 up. Terrible end to First half and conceded a terrible goal but got lucky with one of the worst misses ever from Zirkzee. He tried to walk ball into net and defender got back. Final 30 minutes was against Bayern u19s and Ajax treated it like a training game and couldn't get winner. Very frustrating.

I'm on Young Boys -1 Asian @1.75 v Slovan on Tuesday. Not too sure if the market will agree with me but I have -1.5 fair line. They are a good home bias side with the artificial pitch. They were -0.5 away in Bratislava and I have home bias being worth about a goal. Didn't play great in the 1st leg but created some chances, mainly shots from the edge of the box. Will move the ball better at home and create better openings. Slovan only threatened with long balls really, think they'll struggle away on the astro. Watched Shamrock v Slovan, Shamrock caused them a lot of issues and they are a very low level. Young Boys are a great counter side, I think if they can get the lead they should be able to seal it with counters once Slovan open up.

A tennis tip for those interested, I feel I owe Spiersey a few tips with lurking and taking his over the last year.
ATP Atlanta O'Reilly vs Fritz.
William Hill have the first set to be 3-3 after 6 games played priced at 2.3 which is way off. it's around 1.45 with all other sites and will likely correct to about 1.35 nearer the game. I would expect this to come in as with the surface and conditions a break between these players is very unlikely.

Absolutely terrible refereeing and shocking missed chances in that Young Boys game!
Shocking to blow it from 3-0, missed 3 sitters in the last 5 minutes too. I missed first hour of the game, turned on at 3-1. Slovan barely left their half from what I watched but did almost make it 3-3. Very weird game. Need to catch full highlights tomorrow.

Well they have done the same for the Isner vs O’Connell match.
Same bet and again 2 big servers so unlikely to be a break. Current odds of 2.25 again will likely be around 1.4 by the time the match begins.

Isn't on much sites due to some scheduling it for 9am but on Hilal 0/DNB later v Hertha Berlin @1.8+. Hertha played yesterday v Pool and play tomorrow v Gaziantep. Both of those were planned, this game was just scheduled a couple days ago. Hertha got a big squad with them, a lot of B team players. korber, boyata (injured), redan, netz, lotka, goller, michelbrink, gayret, weren't involved yesterday at all. Think they'll all be in the team bar Boyata (and only 1 of the keepers) along with the players that came on after 70 against Liverpool yesterday. Think it'll be about 6/7 II players who are 4th tier along with a couple of fringe first teamers. Hilal should have Carrillo and Cuella involved in some way after coming back from Copa. Giovinco, Jang, Gomis and Marega and Vietto will all be involved too. They played about 22 players in the last friendly but that was against a terrible part time team. Think they'll take this more seriously. Hard to say fair line but if Hertha team is as I expect I'd have Hilal about 1.5 fair price for the win. Would be a large bet if Hilal weren't missing some locals with the Olympics but the replacements are good.

Pretty clueless on tennis betting but that market seems really good value for big servers. Is it just Hills that usually misprice it at opening prices?
