The link to Vinicius may be silly, but the idea isn't necessarily. If we can get a ready-made 1st team player on loan and make the squad more competitive, they would be ahead of the kids and Martial. Besides, Martial has been given enough chances and needs binning ASAP, Elanga isn't ready to fight for a starting position, Pellistri is most likely going back to Alaves, Greenwood needs to be playing more at CF, and it wouldn't surprise me if we sold James and/or put Amad out on loan too.
