talk sport aren't usually great but they've been fairly good for us this year. they were the first to break the news that Woodward was stepping down for example.

Why is everyone so insistent on blacklisting everybody? there'll be nobody left soon.

Talksport. Although awful on their shows for talking shit. They've been the first to report on Cavani coming and Woodward going for us in the last year

World gone crazy that a limited DM like him goes for 60m. Scott McTomanay must be worth 70m atleast then.
Well, he’s 21 with PL tax, played in the Euro finals and time left on his contract.

Ben White went for 50 m so I dont see its «unreasonable»

From the left, where Pogba has been playing for us recently. Assuming this will be where City play him if they get him. Could also play In a 3 if we signed a really good DM
But I doubt Pogba will play much on the wing for us this season, unless there are lots of injuries. We have Rashford, Sancho, Greenwood, James, Amad, and possibly Martial to play in 2 positions. Not to forget even Mata.

I do not think Simon Phillips is top tier, but he is directly quoting Matt Law’s pod cast. Usually when Chelsea allows info to go out about transfers, it is through Matt Law. Lukaku’s representatives and Chelsea engaging in transfer talks is interesting.

Neves for £30m would be a solid deal. A change of scenery could jumpstart his career again lets not forget how good he was. Playing for boring negative Wolves would make most players forget how to play football

There you go. Now play the long game. Keep the pressure up and you’ll get him for 45-50 next summer when he keeps refusing deals.
But we need a DM this season already… it doesn’t mean we need Rice, may be another one as well - but this season

Why on earth would he move from Liverpool to Arsenal?
At the end of his career, so trying to get last big contract, which Liverpool decides not to carve in to the demand. Arsenal the past few seasons has been giving out crazy wage for old players. Willian, David Luiz, Aubameyang...

I'd 100% have him for 60

Lingard + 20/30 Million...
I would too. He gets overpriced because of the PL English tax but conversely underrated by many because he’s English. He’d improve us enormously. 40m plus Lingard would be a great deal and give us a specialist DM. Him, Camavinga and Phillips are all on my “want” list. Rice is a quality player. He’s not world class but tell me what world class DM is available? Both Fred and McTominay, who are good players, are both better suited to playing further up the field as box to box number 8s.

I agree but if we get someone else cheaper in the meantime we always can go back to this to stock our squad on the cheap. No point paying huge fees and huge wages for slightly above average players. Let the contract/depreciation do the work and sit there with the big wages and CL football waiting. It’s more Bayern style. I like it.

If you’re coming with that attitude you won’t last long. He does not tweet non league. He tweets the lower leagues and has Caf permission to do so
Was no offence intended I assure you. Was merely a gag (admittedly perhaps not a very funny one) about those tweets which while allowed are most definitely Marmite (or chutney if you will) among caf members. It appeared to have been a running gag on here hence me adding the freedom to mute/ignore comment.

We all love United
Call it £35m chaps ;)
The price is mental mate. I’m not so sure about him but if you say he’s been good for you, i take your word for it as you have obviously watch him a lot more times than me. 32M and you would sell and you can even get a decent GK like Sergio Romero on a free. Your club may have other decent GKs in mind as a replacement though of course

No offence taken. Just a friendly warning that mods are a bit sick of what many would consider bullying because the lad posts football tweets that aren’t United related. Us United fans can be more than a bit spoilt demanding instant gratification even with transfer rumours. But that’s not chutneys fault

The price is ridiculous because he’s important to us. Good keeper and will improve as he goes on. Not as awful as he’s made out to be. Can’t afford to turn down a big offer though, would help us secure our targets.
