Leaving Dortmund for those three would be a pretty weird career choice, though he'd probably make more money.
He's a candidate for leaving Dortmund, because he has relatively little chances of being a starter. He's not technically good enough to be more than a role player at a top club. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some truth to rumors linking him to small clubs: before he joined Dortmund it was reported that playing in England was a dream of his and that he was also considering an offer from Brighton or some other club like that. If he wants to be an important starter he can't aim very high, even though he's really good at what he does well.

Al Thani has given authorization to Nasser Al-Khelaïfi to negotiate the departure of Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid, with a starting price of € 200M, Florentino Perez has already been informed and is not willing to pay that amount."

What happens in the next few days will prove me right. Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has lowered the claims for the French to € 175M, Florentino Perez is one away from accepting or not."
Thats him joining on a free next summer then pretty much confirmed.

These Madrid/Spanish media is so far up the club's arse, it's funny.

Madrid are the buying club, they make the bid and PSG will decide whether to accept or reject it. Not the other way around.

No! We need the Scouse front 3 to all grow old, decline together and become unsellable. We don't want PSG funding Liverpool's soon to be needed rebuild.
They'll have to make some big calls in the next year or so.
Sallah, Mane, Firmino, Fabinho, Henderson, VVD and Keita's contracts all expire in 2023.

While true, Mbappe is entering his last year of contract and all the reports are he's not willing to renew. So PSG have to make a decision. Keep him for another year and miss out on potential €175m or sell him this summer. Very interesting to see.

I wonder who has that much amount of money to spent this summer? Apart from City who are most likely getting Grealish there isn't anyone out there who can spend that much, so he might got for free next year.

I honestly think PSG give zero fecks about the 175m.
Probably you're right. That's a grain of sand compared to the wealth of their owner. However having a transfer income of 175 could well save them the headaches of finding ways to justify stupid amounts of transfer outlay in front of the FFP. Not that it will matter really if they break the rules, it will matter more for their PR, which is more valuable to them than money.

Madrid are trying their best to pile up enough money so they can spend it on Mbappe. Perez is stupidly obsessed about him and Real would do anything in their power to bring him in.
I don't think a sensibly ran club would've parted with Varane so easily. Perez just wants the money so he can bring Kylian. I expect a few more players to follow Varane through the exit door and Mbappe joining Real towards the end of the window.

While Perez desperately wants Mbappe, ~175m euro sounds a bit bonkers for even him at this stage. Maybe at the markets peak a few years ago.

Looks a good player from reserve matches
I think he plays as a full back as well, which probably means Brandon won't be going to Southampton.
And West Ham are being linked to the West Brom Pereira, which probably means they won't be making a move for Jesse.

We should put in an offer for Mbappe and start a price war with Madrid and at the same time send madrid an offer for Casemiro for a reasonable price. That way we could let real sell us Casemiro so they can get further funding for Mbappe and make them think that at the same time they are making us spend some more money which would reduce our budget for Mbappe. Smart strategy ;)

The Mbappe situation is a weird one.
I for one minute don't think he would want to come here. It seems his heart is in Madrid which is weird as they're gonna have some years of instability it seems, but either way, if it's looking like a deal cant be made at Madrid, and them needing a somebody to come in and be the striker, it would be interesting if we did flaunt the idea of Pogba and Martial in some sort of trade.

The fact they've had Moise Kean and the other guy who I cant quite find his name in my head, Martial wouldn't be the worst option in that league.

Again, fantasy, but still

That's great news for Brighton. IMO he was better than White last season, the team suffered when he was out injured for a while.
He's better on the left side of the back 3, with White better on the right, I think Webster struggled a bit on the right. But you are absolutely right in that we really struggled when he was injured. He's another great CB, we're well stocked in that position!

You’ve got a couple of decent young centre backs as well, don’t you?

Surely Citeh can’t get both Grealish and Kane for in excess of £100+ million each in one window?

Whilst being in court for flagrantly cheating ffp rules. Ffs it’s laughable.
It depends on their sales. Laporte, Bernardo Silva and Jesus have all been linked with moves away at various points this summer on top of the £35-50m they’ve made in sales already. Not sure who could pay big fees this summer for those players though.

To be fair his artistic tweets aside he’s reliable for Madrid. I’d be fascinated to see the chain reaction an mbappe transfer would have on the market - how would PSG react?
They'd probably bid 300 mill for Haaland. Reputation and quality of football are what PSG are about. Realistically the only player around Mbappe's level of talent and reputation that isn't named Messi/Ronaldo/Neymar is Haaland.
