MaxFraudefeld and CFraudBayern concur tha Bayern are going after Ginter, who is supposed to join them next summer (free) at the latest, but they are supposedly also in talks with Gladbach to make it happen immediately.

Falk taking another shot at formulating a coherent tweet in English. A heartbreaking struggle.
Consider me whelmed. Our transfer strategy really can be summarized as 'Germany FC', it appears.

While I don't believe Ginter is good enough to start for Bayern, signing him on a free would still be decent business, especially compared to transfers such as Roca or Sarr!?

Pedullà is a good Italian journalist who deals with the transfer market (he was the first to say about Sarri at Chelsea and Lukaku at the blues this year), he says we tried to make a "desperate" attempt in the night
He's not reliable.

Yeah, i don’t have a big problem with it either. Losing Süle for free next year while bringing in Ginter on a free at the same time is a sound business. We are talking backup CB territory here.

Btw, Gladbach stated that they cannot afford to offer him a new contract there.

Pretty much a “forlorn attempt”.

That is true, he is like the German Sülinho, he can play CB, a bit of RB/DM (to a lesser degree) and is comfortable playing the CB/RB hybrid role in a back three.

I have NO idea. But can you imagine?

I always thought if I was a megastar and basically in control of the narrative around me, I'd have fun with it and with the fans, especially today with social media, etc.

Not to the extreme like joining Norwich but I would definitely rejoin United over City and create amazing social media content i.e. a Welcome to Manchester poster again all over the City or a viral campaign of me tearing off a blue shirt to reveal a red shirt underneath. You know - just creating moments rather than depressingly boring, "move for money" stuff.

Serious question, do we want Ronaldo at this point? I mean I really wouldn't like to see him tarnish his United legacy by joining City, but should we be signing him just to stop that?

If it messes with our pursuit of Haaland next season and takes away focus & funds from getting in a much more needed CDM then let him go to City. We have so many attacking options and plenty of young players in those positions whose progress could be stunted by this move as well, so would it be worth it?

He absolutely would if it got him some attention. But that's probably not what he's doing here - I doubt that meme has anything to do with any of this.
No. Rio wouldn't troll United and Ronaldo won't go City.

I think it would be a success personally so yes. I’m also thinking in the terms of our younger players being able to learn from him too. Mason particularly.

I agree in a sense, but would be very conflicted about it. Sure Mason could learn from him, but he'll also likely play less. If Cavani had left I'd be all for it to fill that void, but having both screams of short termism that could actually hinder us in the long run. Especially when I doubt many people think Ronaldo would push us over the edge as title favourites like the RVP signing did years ago.

Attention seeking at its finest
What a depressing viewpoint. Rio is a true United fan who loves the club passionately. There's nothing wrong with him in his retirement posting united stuff on his personal bloody instagram account. It's fun, he's having fun. It's fun for united fans to see. I don't think a guy who played in front of 60k+ fans every week and has people walking around with his name on the back of their shirts is really posting on instagram to "seek attention". He does it because he enjoys the banter with his fellow ex pros and fans.

Mason will still play plenty of games this season. It’s important not to over play him or put too much pressure on him also.

Je ne parler et comprendere Francais pas.

Post a translation with tweets in foreign languages, please.

I see accepter de discuter. Does that mean they're accepting or discussing it?
After the offer of 180 m €, PSG are accepting to discuss with real.

Can't spell Mkhitaryan

Things pass, it is a law of life. Juventus remains, which is the most important thing. Ronaldo gave his contribution, he made himself available, now he goes away, and life goes on "
