The presence of Maguire and Varane will work miracles for de Gea. He has one real weakness (apart from the occational blunder when playing out from the back) - and that is the set-pieces. But now we have 2 giants who clear the set-pieces and De Gea can stay on the line and save shots.

If he stays consistent with world class saves and make next to zero mistakes, which was always his biggest asset, he's like a new signing. and I wouldn't mind his "on the line" keeping and some aerial deficiencies. But last few seasons showed us he can go on the bad run with poor mistakes so let's hope he's switched on for this season. Always love big dave in world class form.
