As in who'll improve the most, or play the most, or become the most important?

And also the opposite, if you want to get negative about it.

Young players like Amad, Elanga, Shoretire and maybe Hannibal will benefit, I think

Martial is an obvious loser, but I guess he's not really winning anyway.

Van De Beek and Sancho hopefully, because there’s a lot of talent in there we haven’t unlocked yet.

Fullbacks, Bailly, Lindelof, McTominay, Van de Beek, Sancho, Cavani

All for massive boosts

Some will be unaffected, whilst the remainder better fix up or be prepared for a harsh binning.

I’m curious to see how Pogba and Ronaldo are utilised, and what will happen with Maguire, who is a big loser in this appointment, I think.

Manchester Utd never lose, just run out of time
If he can regain the workrate that he had earlier in his career, this might be what takes Rashford to the absolute top level. His weaknesses tend to be the things that Rangnick seems to move away from, while the direct style plays straight into Rashford's strengths. It's probably exactly what Greenwood needs as well to push his development in the way it needs to be done.

Matic, Mata, Martial and Pogba are the obvious ones that are now extremely unlikely to be here next season. That was already the case to some extent, but it's even less likely now.

On the up: Sancho, Donny and Amad (hopefully). Maybe Bailly.

To improve: Greenwood, Rashford and Fred.

In the bin: McTominay and (hopefully) Maguire.

Pogba and Martial the biggest losers, and I fully expect them to be at other clubs in the summer at the latest.

Sancho, VDB and Fred will be the biggest winners I feel, I suspect Ragnick would like their work rate.

Sancho definitely as a winner, they loved him in germany and he is one of our better pressers in the wing position.

Shaw mosr likely to end up a loser in this situation because ralf said in 2020 that he wasnt good enough for united

I have no idea either, yet.
He says none of Liverpool's front 3 are natural pressers, and that's all Klopp's work. So I'd say the players who will benefit most are the ones who will listen.

McTominay is going to get the kind of coaching he should have done since breaking through. He’ll get a proper intensive course, so it’s a huge sink or swim period for him.

Super excited about this. What's his record with youth? Are we likely to see him bringing in Hannibal, Elanga and Amad, if he thinks they can contribute?
Fredd, Bruno, Donny and Sancho will be the ones who benefit the most I think. Obvious losers would be AWB and McTominay. But maybe he'll transform them. They both have a lot of energy and are willing to work. I can't wait to see what he does with this team. A man that actually knows football. Finally, the right kind of DNA.

Yes I wasn’t sure with him as I think his best role is as a box-to-box, high intensity player and in that respect Ragnick’s style will suit him.

However, I think he will face greater competition for that position from VDB and may find himself either out of the team or playing permanently as a DM which is not his strength IMO. Maybe in a more “front foot” team he can be coached to succeed in that role.

Donny and Sancho obviously will flourish.

Think we may see more of Lingard Matic and Pogba than we think. The latter two have a much better range of forward, vertical passing that's typical to Ragnick. Unless he decides to have Bruno drop back to do so.

Lingard and McTominay stand out to me as players I think he will like.

Obviously the Lingard contract situation means we may not see him much if he is set on leaving in the summer.

Interested to see how Ronaldo fares under him if he's supposed to be this ultra pressing, aggressive type of coach.

I think he could have a positive impact on Sancho, but i struggle to see Martial flourishing under him.

Actually I strongly feel he will be one of the biggest winners. Because a big part of what Rangnick brings is about transforming somewhat lazy players into hard pressers.

Any player prepared to listen to this quality coach will improve. If not then it should be goodbye no matter who it is. Now he will be here for longer than the end of the season maybe the usual suspects will pull the finger out

Biggest winners Varane Sancho and VDB (Varane because of rest when needed meaning less injuries)

Losers
Greenwood (sadly)
Mcfred
Ronaldo ? Depends how he fits into the pressing style of Ragnick you cant leave Ronaldo out so hopefully a solution can be found :)

From what I know the style of Rangnick asks for players with great stamina who are also very good with the ball on their feet and in tight areas and a quick brain.
VDB and Sancho could be among the ones perfectly fitting, I agree. Also Fred has some attributes that would be helpful, but he needs to get a lot better on the ball.
I think he will also like Rashford and his brutal speed on the counter, although he has to learn to get his head up and not stick with the ball for too long.
