The 4-4-2 Draft

Draft Rules

1 - Everyone loves a good 4-4-2. In this draft can only play the 4-4-2 (flat) formation throughout the draft
2 - All time draft. No one without a full match can be picked.
3 - Initial drafting of 12 players.
4 - 8 hours per pick with snake style drafting
5 - No change in picks after posting.
6 - No substitutions. Tactical changes with in-field players only.
7 - Draw will be decided by the vote of someone who hasn't voted yet
8 - Reinforcements will be straight forward like we had back in the day.
9 - No injuries

I guess we can extend to any 442 which has 4 midfielders and 2 forwards. When I created the thread I had only the flat 442 in mind

I think you can build a 4-4-2 with early CR7 or maybe the free role forward.

I gave it another thought and I think its best to restrict to a flat 4-4-2 or else it just becomes another draft

That's true. He didn't defend much but still part of a winger in a flat 4-4-2. Interesting.
