What system do they play in, and who are his competitors?

Hope he becomes player of the season there.

I'm liking the fro. It's good that he's not the under bad influence of the likes of Pogba, Rashford and Jones or he'd have gone down the blonde perm route.

This is so random. Why didn’t this happen in the summer??? Anyway better late than never. Hope he can revive his career.

EDIT: Didnt know he was injured in the summer and that scuppered his move. Thanks!

Was supposedly a pressing 433 under Stevie but I don’t watch Scottish footie. As an Irish fella I’d support Celtic but haven’t followed them for years. The years Rangers were gone made it even more dull. Hagi is out injured. He’ll be a starter there. Good deal for both clubs.

Good move, if he gets the minutes. Rangers will probably also win the league again so once Amad returns to United, he'll be one of our most decorated players.

Good move considering he has talent and we were letting him rot away on the bench. Scotland will certainly toughen him up.

Glad he’s got the chance to go out on loan and play. He was unlucky in the summer to get injured but now has the chance to play 1st team football and develop as a player.

Are you two for real or just very dramatic people?

‘revive his career’ and ‘rot away on the bench’.

Jesus Christ.

They seem to be back at the top so this should be an easy environment for him to shine.

We really need to make more loans like this, rather than clubs fighting for survival or at the lower end of the table. Those clubs tend to play their own trusted and experienced players.

Ianis Hagi who plays for Rangers on the right, is out injured for the season, the other player they have is Scott Wright who isnt as good.

Good luck to armadillo. Guy just needs game time, wherever that may be.

He was heading out to Feyenoord but got injured before the window closed.

Revive his career?! Come on, kid is a teenager

Revive his career??? He's 19 not 29
Ok maybe I did exaggerate! But his development certainly didn’t continue since he came here. I hope he does fulfil his potential, I was so excited when we signed him.

You are right there, he came at a difficult time. Lets hope Rangers give him a good run of games and the new manager recognises for the 22/23 season.

Just think... he could end up winning more top-flight league winners medals than the ex boss of rangers...

Didn't realize Hagi was out for the season! We've made a smart loan move, which suddenly we seem to know how to do with Dalot getting time in Milan and Brandon Williams often one of the 2-3 better players for Norwich when I watch them. We're gonna win the treble.

Walter Crickmer started it all...
He's played 3 full games for us in the last year. 68 minutes this season. He needs more.
There is no story here.

He was hoping to play regularly in the Reserves and then get a loan in the second half of the season.

He got an injury early on and missed the first few months of the season. When he retuned he was in the Reserves and United lined up a loan deal to a club in Holland in January but he picked up another injury and has only just returned to training.

It's now January and he has been sent on loan.

Amad doesn’t need development. He’s our most natural footballer together with Mata. He just needs to grow physically.

Great loan. I have no idea why more players dont do this. Might even get a medal and free battered mars bars

He needs consistent first team football at senior level. Which he’ll now get at Rangers

Am I the only one who though Diallo was ahead of Elanga just a couple of months ago? When they both were just given brief cameos it just seemed Amad was a little more polished. Now, of course, I don't think that given Elanga's play the last few weeks.

I hope Diallo become the real deal soon because he would be fun to watch when he is ready for this level.

I don’t think the physicality of the premier league can be over estimated enough
Elanga for me looks ready to hold his ground and fight for loose balls
Diallo looked a little easy to knock off the ball
