That's true, and a great attribute to have. You can almost relax a little bit when you see the ball coming into Sancho now that he's confident, safe in the knowledge that he's very likely to take the right option and execute smoothly.

Basically the exact opposite of the feeling you get when seeing the ball go to Rashford.
Absolutely bang on. He's so intelligent on the ball. Lovely player to watch, despite not being an explosive sort of wide forward that typically get the plaudits.

I don't mind if a player loses possession if he's trying to break through a defensive line. It's what Manchester United is about. Being bold.

As the season goes on he's becoming our best attacker, put him in a united team managed by a modern coach in their prime and he will look like 80 million well paid

I love how he got up and gave it back to a Spurs player after he was kicked on the ground. Didn’t know he has this aggression in him. Go on Jadon!
He's a Croydon boy, trust me, he has aggression! :)

When Rashford has the ball, I m confident he is going to lose it. I don't expect anything else anymore

You know he’s absolutely top quality when other players trust him so much to do the right thing. Pogba and in particular Ronaldo.

He's fecking class. Gone under the radar today obviously but played a vital role in our victory.

Been getting progressively better as the season went on despite the horror show that is our team as a whole, if we can get him a reliable attacking partner next season then he will flourish.

A team of Sancho's and we'll be neck and neck with city.
Enough technical ability
Brilliant decision making
Willing to do the work
That's what city football is all about and why they're so dominant.

His decision making is what has surprised me most. I was expecting a typical flair player who loves a dribble but is erratic in and around the box, but he's far more effective and pragmatic than that. Took his time to settle in, and there were a few greedy moments in his early days that I'd put down to nervously wanting to make an impression, but since then he's shown he is calm and collected and is steadily racking up goals and assists.

Great going forward, very clever with ball and decent deliveries now. Shame he didn’t take his chance at the end.

On the other hand, he’s not great when tracking back. He was totally at fault for their first goal. No way the spurs player should’ve got past him to cross the ball that hit Telles for the penalty.

It’s not just Sancho but he is one of a number of Utd players who the opposition seem to brush past far too easily.

I've been saying it, sod Bruno this kid should be the creative centrepiece of the team. His use of the ball and ability in tight spaces is world class.

Once he gets stronger and gets used to playing at high intensity for a full 90mins we will unlock a truly special player.
Why sod Bruno?

A pretty good idea to just have both of them! I was looking forward to seeing Pogba in that creative role today with his control, but that was a huge let down. Not sure what's up with him. But no reason Sancho and Bruno can't excel together in that creative line behind the strikers.

He's getting better and better. I was worried around Christmas that he'd flop.

Now he is amongst our best players.

I still think he lacks fitness. We need a manager obsessed with intensity snd fitness.

I really hope he keeps his head down and doesn't end up like Rashford. There will be games when things won't go his way and that's when he needs to work hard off the ball but otherwise his level of skill is on a different level to anyone else in the team. Superb first touch and ability to move the ball in the space and make good decisions hope he keeps that up and further improve, then he will be unstoppable.

He will be our no1 man in season or two. What a player
He has been for a few months already.

The people who doubted him in the early days were always laughable. He was world class at Dortmund and a genuine generational prospect with stats as a teenager only bettered by fecking Kylian Mbappe over the past 30 years if not longer. And even then - Sancho was just 1 goal or assist away to matching Mbappe with top 5 league productivity before 20, and he lost out on the chance because COVID cut the season short 2 years ago. He's a brilliant creative winger.

Probably our best player now. It’s a shame about Greenwood because he is on a similar level of talent of footballer, and the two would have been key to our frontline for years.

I wonder if it's coincidental that Sancho kicked on to a completely different level pretty much as soon as Greenwood went. Maybe there just wasn't as much possible synergy there as we'd have hoped anyway.

He’s so creative yet barely wastes anything because he has the footballing IQ to know when to release the ball and doesn’t have to play the Hollywood pass. He’s racking up numbers too. Special player.

He's now looking like the Dortmund player that impressed so many of us, he's our smartest and most composed player in the final 3rd and his first thought is to create.

He hasn't produced enough yet for us, but with his skill set and intelligence I'm convinced that it's only a matter of time before he delivers Dortmund numbers. Just a fabulous player to watch who pretty much always makes the correct decision. Was a bit sloppy towards the end but other than that he was class.

Player that will get into Fergie's side. Quality on the ball, good vision, and work freaking hard.

When Rashford has the ball I expect he'll run down a blind alley or shoot at someone's shine
Rashford would have been incapable of staying onside and passing to Ronaldo for the 2nd goal

The ball he played from the right to Ronaldo for his strike to the near post that Lloris pushed out was a brilliant pick out also
Yeh. That was quality. The weight and timing of the pass were perfect for Ronaldo's run and striking spot.

Slow burn this season but it’s impressive he has managed to improve his form regardless of the team around him.

Keep it up Jadon!
