He can feck right off back to Argentina/Uruguay or wherever now. Good riddance

Trruly embarrassing that we begged this mercenary to stick around last summer and there's lijely still a section of fans who would chant his name

Meh he's clearly pointing at someone specifically, who knows what was said.

Not like Rashford's moment where we know nothing abusive was even said to trigger an angry gesture.

You don’t even know what happened there … could be a palace/ Utd fan calling him shit or something

Hopefully the last of this type of signing we'll make. Over-the-hill stars claiming a final paycheck.

In fairness, if the fan did say that, they'd be right. Terrible signing and good riddance. The guy gave zero fecks this season and still had people defending him.

I think he’s been victim to our poor planning and just shitty circumstances beyond his control and our control.

We had to convince him to stay when he probably wanted to go somewhere else, and then we signed Ronaldo out of the blue

Then he could have gone in the winter, which would have been fine but Mason Greenwood fecked that up by doing what he did allegedly and he had to stay.

Loved his goal against Fulham first match back at OT. That was majestic.

Shit happened all the time in football. Remaining professional or at least being available for the team for half of the games played this season should not be beyond his control.

It is not like we stopped or cut his wage and he was unavailable even before Ronaldo came.

Kinda funny to see that some people here didn't believe PSG fans when they said you had to be very careful with Cavani because he's very good at pretending he's commited when in fact he'll use the 1st occasion he has to extend his holidays or bring a bad vibe to the locker room if things aren't going his way... Well, now you know.

Very definition of a mercenary. These are all highly paid professionals, but a tiny bit of commitment would be nice.

Felt like he was on holiday or ‘injured’ for like 80 percent of the season.

Seems to be a running theme with a lot of South American players who move to Northern England. You'd almost think they aren't aware that the planet has a tilted axis which causes seasons and differing amounts of daylight at different times of the year.

Why? Because he was one of our only players that actually looked like he cared on the pitch? Because he gave a Palace fan the finger?

I love that stuff, like Rooney kissing the United badge in front of Everton fans. Petty but whatever.

It always seems the United ones that are affected by it. City get fecking legends of their club who spend half their careers there...we get Veron, Di Maria, Cavani etc.

Won't mourn seeing the back of a complete mercenary.

United need to move beyond signing 34 year old stopgaps and/or Watford rejects to play upfront

He scored goals when we needed him to and he was certainly better last season. I guess he wasn’t used to having to run back and help defend quite so often though?

Good on Cavani, give the cnutish fans back what they deserve. He deserved much more this season.

Ogden claiming he was shocked it went dark at 3pm in the Winter. For starters, the sunset in Manchester on December 21st was about an hour later than that, and he lived in Paris for years where the sun sets at a similar time. Journalism these days.

Yesterday? I thought he was atrocious yesterday. I can't remember a single positive thing he did.
