He's run out of fresh starts as far as I'm concerned.Tweet

Bayern not that they aren't a top club but they can't afford what we would ask for him if he was leaving. Probably hoping he'd run his contract down.
That's a fecking bleak list of midfielders.Assuming De Jong and Tchouameni are off the table, Rice is too expensive, Kamara gone to Villa, Kessie going to Barca.
Where do we look for improvements in midfield?
Tielemans - seems Arsenal are the only club linked
Neves - not always in the Wolves team. Are we sure he’s good enough?
Laimer- Bayern bound?
Enzo Fernandez - he’s one we’ve been linked to but supposedly competition from City.
Milinkovic-Savic- I don’t really believe these rumours.
It gets tricky to find names after that group who’ve been linked to us. Maybe that’s a good thing and we are working quietly in the background but it does seem to get thin on the ground quite quickly.
Anyone I’ve missed? Any suggestions as to where we could look?
He's been shit for 18 months. At any top club he is shipped out by now.Rashford is going to prove a lot of people wrong I think, I’ve still got hope he can turn it around especially under a decent management setup.
He can only improve since he's hit rock bottom. But his effort levels have been way off.Rashford is going to prove a lot of people wrong I think, I’ve still got hope he can turn it around especially under a decent management setup.
Playing injured for a major part of that which is quite a glaring omission from your point. He's been shit for 18 months. At any top club he is shipped out by now.
Nah, he may improve the footballing side to his game (can it actually get any worse?) But he and many others in this squad have shown their stripes this season, they don't fight for the club or the fans, only themselves when they fancy it.Rashford is going to prove a lot of people wrong I think, I’ve still got hope he can turn it around especially under a decent management setup.
i know right. I am genuinely a little worried as Tchoumeni and Kamara looked like the two best bets from Ligue 1. We arent going to be spending 120mil on Rice so its a bit like who are we going to get that is any good but no one knows about or not like spending £60m on Phillips or NevesThat's a fecking bleak list of midfielders.
So you admit his effort and performances have been a disgrace yet you talk about him proving everyone wrong? He doesn't deserve to wear the shirt again.Playing injured for a major part of that which is quite a glaring omission from your point.
His effort and performances have been a disgrace this season, but I still believe he’s not done. If he is oh well, he’ll be gone.
Savic and Neves should be no goes from the start as they are too slow and immobile for Ten Hag's style and Tielemans has a wishy washy mentality, Laimer is a pressing merchant but doesn't offer a lot on the ball. Enzo Fernandez is an unknown quantity and cheap at least.i know right. I am genuinely a little worried as Tchoumeni and Kamara looked like the two best bets from Ligue 1. I find it insane that this narrative has become rife amongst the fan base without any account taken of his injuries, surgery and recovery, the abhorrent hate he’s had to tolerate since missing the Pen for England which would knock anybody’s confidence and being played out of position on the right for much of the season. At what point does the lad get a supportive arm round the shoulder and given time to get back to form - especially given his performances since his debut when we really needed him.Nah, he may improve the footballing side to his game (can it actually get any worse?) He needs to be shipped out.
While we talk about giving a declining player yet another chance, Haaland has just turned up at City for the first timeTweet

Theres no admitting, his effort and performance have been obviously shite and below what’s expected of a professional footballer let alone a player playing at the top level. To say he doesn’t deserve to wear the shirt again is extreme, but there’s plenty with that sort of opinion of him.So you admit his effort and performances have been a disgrace yet you talk about him proving everyone wrong? He doesn't deserve to wear the shirt again.
It's not very hard - he would have still gotten loads of support if he had shown an ounce of care on the pitch. Also didn't help him prioritizing being a bench warmer for England in the summer rather than getting the surgery and following rehab done in time for the next season after that poor season. The narrative you are pushing comes straight from Russia, sorry mean Rashford's camp.I find it insane that this narrative has become rife amongst the fan base without any account taken of his injuries, surgery and recovery, the abhorrent hate he’s had to tolerate since missing the Pen for England which would knock anybody’s confidence and being played out of position on the right for much of the season. Ole shouldn’t have played him injured and Southgate shouldn't have taken him to the Euros, prolonging his operation, to not give him a kick of the ball until a pivotal penalty kick in the final.I find it insane that this narrative has become rife amongst the fan base without any account taken of his injuries, surgery and recovery, the abhorrent hate he’s had to tolerate since missing the Pen for England which would knock anybody’s confidence and being played out of position on the right for much of the season. hes 26 so established. been at Lazio for a while and no one has sniffed at Him. I would be aghast if we Went for him because he obviously isnt that greatIs Savic any good? I’ve heard he’s a poor man’s Pogba? Feels like we are linked to him every summer. He’s looking like a possibility this time especially if Frenkie snubs us
Hes not a possibility, I’m fairly confident there is nothing in the links to him. It’s the usual shite Italian sources linking him to us.Is Savic any good? I’ve heard he’s a poor man’s Pogba? I’d also be amazed if we were actually after him. Doesn’t seem what we’d need as he’s more of a goal scoring midfielder but it really depends on the system.Hes not a possibility, I’m fairly confident there is nothing in the links to him. It’s the usual shite Italian sources linking him to us.

I still maintain we should sell him….He just doesn’t have the right attitude…. We can talk about forms or wrong tactics all we like but that heart to give every single ounce of your blood and sweat is just isn’t there….. he isn’t the only one but he is the worse one!!This was going to be my reply.
Rashford prioritised England over United last year and thought putting in no effort for a year would be good enough (seems it is for some fans though).
@Gurtej think I read about us having a no CL clause in most of our contracts that reduce salaries ny 25% (could be horseshit) so he'd be dropped to around £150k a week now - probably why he may have a stormer of a year next year so he can bend us over a barrel once he has a year left on his deal, then become subpar once he signs a new £300k a week contract. That's the type of mentality he's shown us as a footballer this season.

Smacks of him reading the reports and putting 2+2 together. I think he’s right though. We want timber plus a CB.

I'd say there's a few that will do that under a modern manager in a proper system where they know exactly what their role is.Rashford is going to prove a lot of people wrong I think, I’ve still got hope he can turn it around especially under a decent management setup.
Martial tried that, went to a club that were desperately wanting him to succeed and boy did he show themI'd say there's a few that will do that under a modern manager in a proper system where they know exactly what their role is.
What makes you think he’s full of shit? Just why.
Well for a start, it’s not a swap transfer. It read “makeweight” as in here’s money + Bailly.what I love is that theres someone out there in 2022 with the idea swap transfers happen.
