I appreciate the concept but the black framing of the badge looks slightly off. Either that entire portion needs to be smaller, or less squared at the top corners.
Also think the size of the diamonds and black trimming/collar could have been halved. Kit would have been cleaner that way.

It’s absolutely fine. Can’t imagine feeling any extreme emotion about such a simple kit.
The collar, badge, and sleeve end make it not that simple. As does the use of colours.

Art on the caf.

Why are we always late on kits release ? Any idea ? I see this every single year, our releases are always late. Whilst other big clubs including the likes of Madrid, Bayern etc get their kits not only revealed early but also they play their last home in the new kits even Arsenal. Meanwhile for us, even in June we keep speculating about the tiny details of the original product. Not complaining just a bit curious.

The only reason I can think of is that we deliberately want a clear divide between kits and seasons.

Adidas do it for other teams so there's no reason why we couldn't debut a new kit at the end of the season.

I would imagine our kits will be late this year - same as last year - due to the change in sponsor on the kits, albeit this year the sleeve sponsor rather than the main sponsor. I believe Chevrolet's contract lasted until late June and I imagine Kohler's will too.

I hope we never, ever do this and I'm glad we appear to have resisted so far, given some of Adidas's other clubs have continued with the trend. The kits are supposed to be for a full season, it's bad enough that they change annually nowadays so the clubs should at least retain them for the full set of fixtures.

Can't help wondering what the 7th and 8th away change strip looks like...

That white one is fecking shite. What is it with us getting so many shit kits? There must be someone at the club as the cause because other clubs get decent ones with the same sponsor.

Yeah I do not like it either. in particular, I do not like the collar and the ends of the sleeves. The diamond pattern just looks odd to me.

I think the home kit is okay.

Have you seen many of the adidas kits for next season? I've not seen one I like so far, but having seen some of the others I think we've gotten off lightly.

Signing Adidas was s big mistake.

First there is the curse.

Secondly, they are unable to design something without going OTT.

Adidas is better simple. Doesn't need flashy stupid stuff.

What the feck were they thinking with the collar/sleeves? It would've otherwise been one of our nicest ever kits. It's like they are trying to feck it up on purpose.

Adidas has mugged us since returning to them in 2015 - must be revenge for switching to Umbro in the early 90s.

I'm curious, how are we allowed to have the Sharp name on our kits? They're not our sponsors are they?
