He's got a fantastic name. Just one of those names you could associate with a great player.

Interested to see if he gets an opportunity under the new manager.

Player of the year for the youth team just and a very modern attacking full back.

Think he could see some action in the first team although the Malacia signing is a curious one if so.

He's likely to go on loan according to reports.

Yes apparently loan bids within England for him and Shoretire. Both have remained here to sort them out rather than going on tour.

Wonder which Championship clubs are interested

The top 4 teams in the table that didn't go up all played 3 at the back, so maybe he'll go to one of them? Huddersfield are losing their LWB to Forest it looks like, and Sheffield and Blackburn seem like they could upgrade there.

I imagine Shoretire to League one?

I think Shoretire is going to the championship and he’ll play so well people will whinge on here that he went on loan at all.

My prediction anyway.

18 and small and not a burner speed-wise, seems like that would risk a year of little football, no?

Isn't there at least a couple of clubs in the championship that will find a place for these two? Nobody can complain about their technical abilities and both are team players, so you only need a club with a progressing coach who value that and they'll have a fair chance to grow.

I think he should be retrained as a CDM. Has the tools to be successful there.

Looking at his cohort, the successful loans seems to be to League one (Jebbison, Doyle) apart from Harvey Elliott, who is quick enough to play out wide. I think a small 18 year old without adult physical attributes in the Champo is asking for a bad loan.

He’s technically brilliant, interestingly though what’s the difference if he’s playing league 1 where physical attributes are even more important?

He is a very interesting player with huge potential. Hope he has a loan opportunity to develop.

I mean it's a lower level of football, which I imagine is why Doyle and Jebbison did well there and found starting spots. Transfmarket has the Champo as 10X the value in terms of the market, which is surely too high, but seems like 5X or so is reasonable based on big moves.

Can't be fecking about letting him choose, send him where the game time is.
He'd play every game for my local club, Teignmouth AFC. We had a disappointing run in the Devon Football League South West last season. A new leftback would be great: the party supply store assistant manager we have playing there at the moment isn't really cutting it.

Looks likely he'll be joining PNE on loan. His competition at LWB is former academy graduate Robbie Brady.
Source?

I’m only seeing it saying they’ve got two loans lined up for players currently out of the Uk with their parent clubs on tour. Alvaro isn’t on tour so he doesn’t fit that. The only mentions of his name I can see seem to be just guesses from fans.

Its on the PNE fans forum and they've been linked with him by regional press.

He didn't go on tour because he had a lot of interest in him reportedly, so the easiest and most sensible thing was to keep him back to decide his future.

Becks went there it worked out well for him.
Welbeck also went there. We sent one or two when Darren Ferguson was manager and pulled them out when he got fired, I think we've just started the last 2 years to build our bridges with them again.

The PNE forums have a few random fans guessing it is him. One also says Ethan Laird, is he joining PNE too? None of them say they know anything, they are just guessing random players. That isn’t a source.

I know why he didn’t go on tour. They said they have moves for players currently on tour, he isn’t on tour.

What regional press? There is absolutely nothing about him online. The LEP reported about loan deals being lined up (the article the PNE forum are discussing about) and it makes zero mention of Alvaro Fernandez.

I'm merely passing on information I'm told and you're acting up on your high horse, you absolute plonker, get a grip. He's a youth player heading out on loan and I'm barely acting as an ITK, it's barely breaking news ffs.

With brighton potentially losing Cucurella, it would have been nice to see him move to somewhere like Brighton where they play good football. I think he would have thrived in their style of play.

I’m merely correcting your false post. People come here for information, not to be misled by PNE fans guessing about things being passed as a likely event with no source provided. I’ve added context and corrected your misinformation so other people can know the actual situation around a player they’re interested in. Not my fault you can’t handle being corrected. Perhaps grow up or don’t post false info if you can’t handle it being corrected, you “plonker.”

Good move for him if true. Championships a great league to send young players, I’d rather that than somewhere like Alaves.

Alabama but always Wales in my heart
PNE would be odd when it was being reported he wanted a PL loan although of course we don't always get what we want. I am inclined to think it's people putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5 until a genuine source reports it but I do hope we start to see some movement with loans/outgoings soon. I get the holdup for the players on tour but those back at Carrington really need to be linking up with clubs and building some chemistry with their new teammates by this point.

People come here for information, oh aye, they're chewing at the bit to get itk information regarding u23 players and their loan moves  you have provided no context and have not corrected anything. All you have done is prevented reasonable and fair debate from happening because of your rude manner and acting up as some beacon of knowledge regarding youth players and loan moves. But if it helps you sleep better tonight, sure let's go with that I couldn't bare being corrected :)
