Are the lads back in training yet?

Very interesting to see if anyone gets left behind from the travelling squad today.

Ten Hag stated he didn't want anyone on it that wasn't going to be involved next season

Going by experts here, he should be involved in only putting cones.
Never understood why he is so underrated among our fans. Yes, he had bad stint as NT manager but the rest of his career is not bad. And he was pretty good as our no2 under SAF

The masks thing is interesting. Covid is absolutely everywhere. It’s not very dangerous any more but it can be massively disruptive if it rips through a sports team. Those surgical masks provide close to zero protection. Why not make them wear proper N95 masks while they’re travelling? Just seems like a lack of attention to detail.

Surgical masks do provide good protection. Over here, it's one of the very few measures left that is mandated by the government (wearing of masks in indoor settings).

They’re pretty good at protecting other people if you have covid (which is why they do have their uses during the pandemic) but pretty crap at stopping you from catching covid.

It depends on how many layers the masks have. The three layered surgical masks give enough protection in normal circumstances. N95 or KN95 are meant to use while in high risk environments, like ICUs in hospitals.

Maybe the captain should try to hang with the non-Brits for a change.

Astonishing how you’ve made an innocuous fun one minute video where Maguire features for less than 5 seconds into a dig at him. Well done. Amazing creative powers.
Obviously not based on this video alone. The video only support a previously conceived impression.

Man this squad really is devoid of personality.

Just silly isn’t it and zero substance
I wouldn't say zero. Inclusion is essential for leadership. Look at photos and videos of the team. It's commonly known there are cliques in the dressing room. A captain has some responsibility to not allow that.

Maguire was at the opening game of the women's Euros with De Gea. Is he not foreign enough for you?

Martial has the face of a man that has to sit next to the toilet for 11 hours.
