What a nonsense hysterical post. Pull on the martial shirt and go enjoy mcfred. Dalot our right back for season ahead, Jesus. Slow injury prone stable of centre backs. Its beyond comprehension that wondering how this is still our line up gets equated to 'ten hag out'.
Go on lad, the line will get full, don't wanna be late now.

Thought the exact same thing

Saw it on my honeymoon 6 years ago. It’s huge. & Bangkok is sweaty.
It's an interesting city -- I always thought that the Thais are all smiley but there is an undercurrent or pent-up frustrations/anger etc within the society.

I like Chiangmei a lot more than Bangkok. Smaller and more intimate a city.

I can’t believe the meltdown about McFred starting. Do these guys not realise we’ve got even less options than last season? It’ll change when we get FDJ.

Some think Ten Haag brought a magic wand to wave over Donny. Let’s be honest, he had a few good games at Everton initially and then really struggled afterwards. He’s going to have to earn a spot because the truth is he hasn’t shown enough to warrant a place yet.

Assuming we get de jong what happens if he gets injured for 3 months? This squad is a million miles from where it should be

Who did you expect to play today mate? You're getting mocked as you're being hysterical.

No-one is buzzing Martial is up top, but it's mid summer and a friendly. Not much more to it than that.

Great Post. We've done this routine for nearly a decade. A number of posters try act calm and level headed while wool is pulled over their eyes and they're distracted by shiny things. Anybody who wonders why mctominay and martial are still stinking the place out gets called a drama queen. Season ends by November, rinse and repeat.

How many times do these players need to disgrace the club before their worth is questioned
Boycott the club then? What do you want?

People are just sick to the back teeth of the constant whining and babyish behaviour that’s plaguing the forum.

The club are signing Eriksen and getting close to FDJ. They are targeting the exact areas we need and even Ten Hag openly explained this in the presser.

It’s a short pre season due to the WC. It’s no big deal. Get over it and be patient or reconsider watching the team until you’re able to without the needless moaning. You’ll feel better for it.

McTominay and Fred are much better players than DvB, its as simple as that.
I like Donny enough, I respect his professionalism, but all this outrage over someone who is a less defensively astute version of Tom Cleverley is getting really old.

To be fair the problem isn't them starting the problem is that they still exist and still play for Manchester United

I wonder what these characters are like in daily life and how they function.

We have to see what kind of effect Eth will have on them.
A new manager with different tactics could teach them lots.
He might make them less shit but they still won't start with FdJ in the squad.

The thought that the forum has to be positive for no reason other than to placate people such as yourself is nonsense.

Even with the two you mentioned we'd be miles off. Probably doesn't have us near 4th still.

Thoroughly agree with this,I’m part of a different Lakers forum where they actually have a “Whine, moan and complain thread.” Where all this shit goes so the main forums aren’t constantly chess pool of doom.

Agreed, we spent our first week in Chiangmai. Completely different atmosphere obviously, but a really cool & interesting place to visit.

The bar & food scene in Bangkok is immense though.

Believe it or not you can do both. Sitting down clapping and nodding like a seal is exactly what glazers would love you to be demanding.

Hear! Hear!

Its just so irrational to be bitching & whinging when the ball hasn't even been kicked. New manager, new upper management structure and new approach to playing. How can you not be optimistic?

Who did i expect? 3-4 new signings, with a week of first team training under their belt. Its not mid summer the season starts on august 7th. You don't get to call people hysterical now then wonder why Liverpool look miles ahead of us in gameweek 3

The great thing about playing this team against Liverpool is that we can see if Ten Hag is able to take the same players who were an embarrassment to the club last season, and see if he can get them to play with more passion, and in his style. In some ways it's a win win situation - if we win today, Ten Hag is a genius, and if we lose, he has more ammunition to ask the board to buy his list of transfer priorities.

That sad moment for every hipster, when they find out the manager of their dreams doesn't think the same way they do.

Looking forward to see if we can see a clear improvement in any of those players we, me included, have pretty much written off. Shame about Liverpool's starting XI though.

This is where you are narrow minded you see.

Its not one or the other nor does it need to be.

Great idea! create one?

Probably writing letters to their local MP's about the buses being late.

One week of preseason wont be such a dramatic difference over the season. One signing we got, one is near completion (Eriksen), 3rd is in the bag by the looks of things (FDJ), 4th probably near done too (Martinez) and hopefully we'll go for a forward.
In any case team is not that bad ETH cant make them play some good stuff, if anything better than what they showed till now.

For those who somehow haven't found a place to find rivers in the 21st century by now (how?!!!?), to Soccer Streams net and use any of the platinum streams. Weak spell usually does the trick. If it goes down, refresh.

I couldn't care less about the match. Forget the match.

Some of you have it in you to believe in Dalot, and Varanes fitness, and a set of completely sub standard midfielders. Some of you think rashford and martial might start banging them in. Good luck to. But I don't. I've seen these players fail week in week out for years and it being a sunny day with no games played in the league doesn't change how poor many of them are. Im not going to pretend to be excited by these players because some posters let a strangers opinion ruin their day
