I think it would be best for him to be honest. If PSG are interested, we could quite easily replace the level he's currently been giving us with Garnacho. Maybe he can rekindle his past form, I just don't think it will be with us.

No. The reports say he wants to join PSG this summer. So he isn’t “doing a Lingard” is he? Lingard didn’t want to leave it sign a contract.
Let’s see if he leaves this summer, otherwise he holds all the cards next year

I remember that time when we were all excited about Martial-Rashford-Sancho-Greenwood (hate mentioning his name) clicking and taking off.

Like I said in Rashford's performances thread: he hasn't firmly worked out his best position...and he's a bit/very shit in many areas. He isn't bringing anything at the moment. Unfortunately, I think we've already seen the best of him and I don't think there's much more to come. If a great offer comes in, it should be considered. But, we also must replace him.

Sell and get Sane. As someone who follows the eredivisie, do not go for Antony and Gakpo; they are both very raw and especially Gakpo goes missing 7/10 times. Get Laimer and SMS. Try to include Aubameyang and Dest in the deal for Frenkie. Otherwise go for Ben Yedder as a stopgap solution and try to get Nkunku next year. Finally, try to get Ziyech on the cheap and sell all the dross to fund (partially) fund this.

Yes please god. I can't believe they would be interested after what he's shown the last two years, but if it's true it has to happen. Make it happen

Links to the left-sided Gekpo maybe make even more sense in light of this?

Knowing United, they probably will conclude signing yet another forward this year is too much work and will let him leave on a free next year.

We need at least 2 forwards now if we do sell, possibly 3 depending on Ron's status

Think a move away and a fresh start eslewhere would be best for him personally at this stage. We should make it on our own terms and only do it if they offer decent money

Sell him. Think the weak options like elanga will have overtaken before long regardless.

 state of people in here...aye we are crying out for forwards and going to sell Rashford
We are indeed crying out for forwards but if we get this opportunity to sell Rashford we should take it imo. He has been in woeful form for a long time now and his value is only going to go down if keeps those kind of performances up. Even in our 1st game this season he missed a nice 1v1 chance. Sell him while we have the chance.

I dont think he's finished but I do think he lacks the motivation to play for us now. Would be interesting to see him in another league. Think he'd do well for PSG and in France.

We cannot afford to sell him at the moment. Had the window gone the way we all expected then this would have been perfect.
There’s Sancho, Garnacho, Elanga, Bruno and Mejbri as options for the left. As long as money’s then spent on a right winger or centre forward we’re sweet.

Elanga will never hit the heights Rashford did, won't even get close.
20 goals in a season once isn't much of a height. Think its safe to say Rashford wont hit them heights again either anyway.
The current incarnation of the player just wont be missed.

Just hope the club can wait and see if Rashford can perform consistently this season before renewing.

Sell him. Would genuinely make the window a bit less shite.

Of course, this means we go for Gakpo because we won't have a first team left.

Good fortune does not knock twice … take the money. I bet Elanga/Eriksen will score as much as Rashford this season.
